The Redmi 12c is still a basic and budget device. The spark 10c should offer a more higher performance, but since it's Tecno, I don't usually trust all these Tecno chipset and ram, and they often always deteoriate aswell in the long run, unlike other phone brands.

Tecno chipsets and ram are good too, I've been using my tecno phone for over 2 years now and it's still serving me fine.

The spark 10c is a better option.
