Properties / Why It Is Wrong To Ask How Many Plots Are In A Land? by BrickelSmart(m): 8:59pm On Mar 22, 2021
"How many plots are in the land?" This is almost certain that clients would ask this when seeking to buy land. This is a wrong approach, and I will tell you why.

A plot is a term used to describe any parcel of #land. In Nigeria, experiences has shown that there is no fixed dimension for a plot.

Land is measured in feet, metre, acre or hectare. A plot is not a unit of measurement for land.

Most times, clients ask this question, "what is the size of the land?" Or even "How many plots of land are there?"

The best questions to ask are these:

What is the size of the plot in square metres?

What is the size of the plot in feet?

With the measurement known, you can decide the number of plots to purchase and if it would be enough for the intended purpose.

I will give a breakdown of the various land measurements in my next post. Stay tuned...

Meanwhile, Interested in purchasing lands at Lekki, Ikorodu, Ipaja, FESTAC, Ota, Abeokuta and Mowe, I have got you covered,

Agriculture / Opportunities For Pepper Farming In Nigeria by BrickelSmart(m): 7:34pm On Mar 18, 2021
Pepper farming is fast becoming the next big agricultural investment. Researches has shown that the supply of pepper in the country is 50% lower than the demand for it. This supply gap has led to more investments into pepper farming. Pepper has a maturity period of 60 - 90 days. An investment in pepper farming can bring in minimal 3X of investment within a year.

The two major challenges to Pepper Farming in Nigeria are
1. Unavailability of improved varieties
2. Lack of mechanized equipment for large scale farming.

SOLUTION
A smart way to bypass these above challenges is to leverage on an existing system with physical and credible existence. You can invest in pepper farming, ginger farming and turmeric farming without owning a farm.

Oxford International Group Agrovest offers varying investment packages for clients.
1) 29% RoI for 12 months
2) 35% RoI for 14 months.

The plus to this is:
1) Upfront payment of interest within 7 working days of investing. This means that your interest would be paid before the maturity date.
2) You will be given a postdated cheque.
3) You will be given a Deed of Agreement signed and stamped by NBA.

To get started, send a WhatsApp message to 08109705793.
