Hello VO, My fiance (an American citizen) is about filling Form I-129F, our relationship has serveral red flags, wide age difference, different race, also she will be unable to have my child, but i truely love her so much, she has visited twice, meet my family and I want to spend my life with her. Now my question, is there any chance I will qualify for a visa considering all the several red flags (about 6 in this case) and since i will be applying from Nigeria where there are high rate of visa fraud. |
