I'm not the kind that stalk people but I'm just curious to know the kind of person you are inasmuch I tried to avoid that..

On May 31st this year around 4:28am, you claimed to be a final year student from the department of Finance,UNILAG under the Unilever Graduate Program thread.

On May 30 this year, around 9:16am, you asked people to share their interview experience under the Unilever Graduate Program Thread, claiming you are in your final year due to Corona virus and you asked people to share their interview experience so that you can prepare yourself for the future.

However on June 5 this year, around 3:47pm, you ended up attending the interview after deceiving them on the thread that you are a final year student and you only needed it the interview questions for life after school so as to prepare yourself.

Even on March 17, around 8:09pm on this PWC graduate program 2020, you asked people to spill out their test experience. You even asked them to tell you the questions because you were yet to do yours and needed "expo".

But it's so surprising that on Aug 9,around 2:50pm, you discouraged someone that dropped her interview experience for others to benefit and you even claimed it would affect your chance of getting the job coz you've done yours.

Can you please give more clarifications to everything I typed?

Kindly find the sources to my observations below while you use the date stated for easy verification.

LOOOOL. I guess you must have checked my profile. Honestly I agree with you as someone may get easily confuse. i will tell you my dynamism but my account will be deleted or changed after this recruitment.

I started changing behaviour for fun when I entered Unilever Trend. Something just happen to the point that I lied. Yes I lied I must admit. But when I was criticised, i immediately opened up and apologise to the group since it wasn,t right.

My normal self is, it is not bad to give tips about what happened in interviews for others to benefit especially to those that are naive after all that is the purpose of Nairaland. When i mean tips-- i meant the structure of the question by giving example without saying the main question which is a lot better than what I have experienced in this trend as some went as far as saying the real questions. That was the reason i said that whatever we have experienced in this trend as never happened in PWC Nairaland until all interviews are concluded.

So when a guy came here to insult me unreasonably ( I dont know if it is you as i am not sure if the person as changed account), considering what others have done-----I had to counter him immediately because he did not do what you just did.

I just had my interview. First session was "how do you think Nigeria can tackle unemployment?"

Lottssss of behavioural questions, Lots of them...I was probably asked all the behavioral questions that have been shared here, and more.

-What's the most challenging job you've done?
-Give us an example of when you've had to seek an opinion in carry out an assignment.
-Share an experience of your integrity being tested. Can't remember a lot of them, but I answered 10 or more

Interview lasted for 55mins. A part of me is happy that I finally got this interview off my chest, but this is another level of anxiety for me.

Your own is small. If it was assurance they it is understandable why you are complaining

Then the normal tell us about yourself, where do you see yourself in 5 years, tell us about the firm and why you want to work here at this time, how do you make new relationships and how do you maintain them, where I worked and what my role was there, recent news in my field, what I do or have been doing to personally improve myself, other interests that are not work related.

The behavioural questions were; have you worked with a difficult person and how did you handle them, have you received a negative feedback and how did you react, tell us about a time when you had to multitask.

kiss kiss kiss

HEHEHE. With all this listing of questions which have never happened before on Nairaland until after the deadline attended interviews, I can assure you that anybody still having interview from monday onwards will automatically pass, no excuse, except if the person does not have communication skills, network problem or low experience at school and work. How I wished my interview is this week or next week, the interviewer will faint in pleasure LOL shocked

I think Advisory is separate while U can choose between tax and assurance.

By way of current situation on ground, I dont think apprenticeship will be advertised this year considering what we went through for the verification test as it increases cost for both parties, giving way for tax inclusive which favour us all as it increases the number of slot. But for the tax position that will be based entirely on how passionate you blend tax in your interview response or otherwise.

Please guys beware of this hypocrite called Leks4sure who abused Bright but indirectly benefited from the specific questions asked by others. He is the real parasite. I just came back online after my interview and i have been reading specific questions asked by almost everyone in this group which is even deeper than what the guy asked, because he only dropped his phone number and congratulated the first person that did the PWC Interview. Please guys avoid that fool called LEKS4SURE. What will be will be. As in as a female, I dont get. We are here to share information for both now and those to write in the future. Can any male explain better to this fool called LEKS4SURE. I doubt if he is in this interview stage. What kind of Negative jealousy is this. God Forbid

You self you are annoying. What is your business with the guy. Personally, I think everyone has their own strategy. Whoever will get the job will get the job. After all is competency based interview and can't be the same questions or answers I believe.

I too have been noticing how you've been negatively condemning many people both now and in the past with stupid passion. It is not going to lead you anywhere. I will kindly advise you stop pestering the guy and focus your doll strength if you even have I guess. So annoying.

Thank you Amaka. I think that guy that calls himself leks4sure or whatever he calls himself. I think he has mental problem. He also forgot that in that Unilever trend I immediately apologise to the group and everything was settled. So why bring it up again. The person I chatted to individually wasn't stupid leks. So please he should mind his business. By the way I chatted the guy and thanked him for sharing his experience here which everyone here will definitely benefit which is the whole purpose of this nairaland and I wished him success in his interview. Mr leks or Mr lack. You need to be mature. I won't be surprised if you did not scale through this interview.

Hey everyone, many thanks for all the success wishes and prayers. Right back at y’all.

Had my interview today and I think it went quite well – had a fun conversation with the 3 interviewers. My sense is that It’s easily the most straight-forward part of the recruitment process – that’s if you’re well prepared and are able to communicate clearly and concisely.

The interview lasted for about 45 minutes. They began by presenting me with a domestically relevant economic theme to discuss. I would love to share what exactly my topic was; however, I don’t know if that’s appropriate or nah, therefore, I’d rather not (I doubt they’ll give the same topic to others tho). But I think the main idea of this section is for them to see how you think through problems and how you can communicate your thoughts. So, there’s truly no right or wrong answer here, oh and you’d be required to speak for no more than 5 minutes.

From there, they moved on to asking me the classic interview questions such as:

Tell me about yourself
Then more follow-up questions on what I had just shared about myself
Then more questions about the relevant experiences listed on my CV
Tell me about a time that you had to work on a collaborative project
Tell me about a time where you received negative feedback and how you dealt with it.
What skills have you learned in the most recent past that would be relevant to PwC?
Tell us about the LOS you selected and why?
Which of the units do you think you are most suited to and why?
Any question(s) for us?

So, my advice will be to read your CV and be familiar with whatever you’ve claimed on it. Secondly, read and understand those documents that describe PwC's business activities. Lastly, I know this is somewhat clichéd, but be yourself! If you feel tensed, don’t worry, it’s completely normal – it’s your internal system priming you up for the occasion.

All the best to everyone.

My guy you are the best.

Oya, everyone should goan send their mails and pray it meets them well. Lol

The guy that initiated submitting the documents via new composition wanted to push guys to do the same so that he wont be alone in that kind of situation because PWC Instruction was "send to this mailbox". Meaning you were to reply the mail since it was still the same address.

If you panicked and resend after deadline grace expanded, then start praying to your God.

When PWC sent those documents, it was indirctly telling you be getting prepared.

Ordinarily you are suppose to reply the mail to have an history message--- For the feedback, I got sms from Pwc and message about what they do after submission.

Completed the OPQ assessment this morning. And I’ll succinctly share my thoughts below:

To me, this OPQ was quite unique in the sense that I never come across the question style during my numerous personality practice exercises - It wasn’t the usual most/least like me pattern. I was presented with three statements and was asked to choose the one that best describes me. After that, I was asked to choose from remaining two options the statement that best describes me again. So in a way, it’s kinda like selecting the most/least like me, only that, in this case, the one option that I fail to choose from the original three will be coded as that which is least like me.

That said, however, i think it’s fundamentally the same with the sole purpose of matching your responses to a personality trait (likely The Big 5 e.g., Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Neuroticism and Openness.) It’s of course useful to know and even integrate the PWC core values (where possible) into the features that best describe your relationships with people, thinking style, feelings and emotions but, I think consistency and detailed attentiveness to the substance of the statements are vitally important.

Oh, and watch out for trade-offs, where you’d be required to choose between skills and competencies that seem equally desirable or undesirable. I think the trick here might be to call to mind the core values of PWC and chose that which best describes you – consistent with your previous selections. Also be aware of statements that are reverse coded (these are statements that essentially describe the same thing but phrased differently) such as: ‘I hate to lose’ and ‘to win is vitally important to me’ or ‘have faith in other people’ and ‘people can be relied upon’ etc.

Best of luck to everyone.

Was camera monitoring involved.

What are you guys saying. Didn't I say it was a joke. If you are angry, keep your anger to yourself. By the way, I only got clue and no live questions.

For those that asked how many people Unilever hires. It's maximum of 6 people. But if the candidates are exceptional, they will be prompted to hire more but won't exceed 10 people. Please read the trend before you curse youself. We rise by lifting others.

Just finished my video interview. Guess I was the last person to do Video Interview. So you guys can now start having your success or regrets mails from next two weeks for those that did theirs very early and next three weeks for others. Some might or might not get regret mail after even phone interview for others. Enjoy; Out of here.

Please no one should fall for this. If he claims he's hoping to get info against next year, then he should wait till they've started sending out success mails to everyone.

My opinion.

And by the way the deadline is passed already to show how confused you are.
