Politics / Re: Femi Fani-kayode: The Woolwich Killing And The Illuminati by brokswater: 11:27pm On May 25, 2013
Dismissing Femi Kayode completely by some pips here amounts to ignorance. He may not have connected all the dots. However the way the crime was performed and the killers hung around until the police turned up does not make sense. On CNN today a friend of Michael confirmed that MI5 asked him to come work for them recently. The friend that granted the interview has now been arrested. The more you look the less you see. Its like 911 planes crashing into the twin towers and shortly afterwards the buildings collapse like a pack of cards ...in addition building 7 which is in close vicinity of the twin towers and did not even get hit by a plane collapsed also.

Its easy to seat behind a computer and insult people. Its another think to belief everything the media tells you without doing your own research.

From the Muttallab (spelling may be wrong) attempted bombing to the Nigerian born Muslim who slaughtered a British soldier are seeds to sow that Nigeria is a terrorist state harbors terrorist and maybe developing weapons of mass destruction. Who knows Drones may become the order of the day soon. Watch this space!!!!!!!!

Politics / Re: Boko Haram- 'why We Attacked Kano'. Who Are These Scholars? by brokswater: 6:48pm On Jan 23, 2012
well, like some of us have alluded this group has no real reason to gripe about anything, to selectively bomb the UN building, kill Christians and relate it all to Yara Adua killing their leader , well it does not add up.  We also know that they are highly trained and have learnt very quickly in making sophisticated bombs from local materials, We have also read since the UN bombing that the FG had invited Mossad, FBI etc to help track down these terrorists.  However the attacks have increased.  There is more that meets the eye here, there is a new prediction now the country will definitely breakup by 2030 rather than 2015.  For some fools that clamour for an Odua republic or Biafra, this will only result in further conflicts due to the lack of limited resources across  the various regions to be self sufficient.  Somalia will be  a place most Nigerians would want to emigrate to as the country will be completely ungovernable.  The result here is that perhaps Africa will continue on the path of self destruction.

It is crucial that the Government and the people of Nigeria nip this in the bud now and quickly because they are getting bolder each passing day and they appear to be well funded, There is more than meets the eye here and Nigeria resources like Congo will be stripped by who has the most powerful fire power, We should resist this at all costs , war or breakup is not the answer.  We must root out these evil doers that have infiltrated all levels of government and the social fabric of the nation.  We must stop using religion to divide us,
Politics / Re: What Exactly Will Western Countries/imf Gain From Fuel Subsidy Removal? by brokswater: 4:35pm On Jan 07, 2012
@ logica you are on point with your argument.  I wonder why we keep employing ministers that have either worked for the world bank or the IMF to the most important position within the govt to deliver key policy shifts to turn Nigeria around economically.   I must admit I was initially sold by Ngozi in the OBJ era however this time round it is very obvious with all the facts about bloated govt, the lack of accountability, corruption, lack of a structured approach to address the real issue of why we cant refine our oil internally first, do you know how many jobs that will create, whats wrong with the Venezuelan approach as alluded in a post earlier.

Our leaders have all sold us short and the more you read the less you know.
Politics / Re: Egbesu Fraternity Claim Responsibility For Sapele Bombing by brokswater: 5:48pm On Dec 30, 2011
wislet true words most of the people that yarn for war have not even carried a gun in their short lives. I am a product of the Biafrian war. We lost everything and had to start from scratch. Its taken about 40 years to get back to some semblance of where we were before the war. I have also invested my hard earned savings back in nigeria recently. I am fortunate that I can write from my comfort abroad but my intention was always to come home eventually and give back.

There will be no victors in a war instead the western powers will be the victors. They will loan us money during the war and fund all the weapons that will be used for the so called war. At the end we will be in perpetual debt as they will claim it was used to bring back some semblance of democracy.

I am not advocate of war as wiselet put it we should all put our thinking caps, these bombs are all pre planned to create chaos, hatred, tribal bigotry, and mind u there might be a few sponsored people here writing garbage to inflame the whole situation.

I really fear whats going in my beloved country and tempers and a cool head is what is required and for those working actively to destroy Nigeria it will not happen in Jesus name Amen!
Business / Re: Failure To Remove Fuel Subsidy Will Lead To Economy Collapse – GEJ by brokswater: 10:00pm On Oct 25, 2011
I live in Canada and the price of gas is $1.22 per liter.  The average take home salary for Canadians living above  poverty is in the region of $35,000 per year that translates to a monthly sum of $2,916 per month before tax.  The average family is hurting with gas price s as they stand at the moment.  Yet in the Nigerian context the govt is planning to increase the price of fuel to close to $1.00 yet the average middle class family does not come close to the poverty wage here in Canada.

Something does not add up here and the reasons behind the removal of the subsidy.  Also the systems for accountability are not in place to require cost savings measures that have been advocated for.  Nigeria's economy is driven by importation of goods and is closely tied to petroleum products.  Increases in price of these products will have a devastating effect on the common Nigerian.  This will surely lead to chaos.

Is the government spending more and has there been issues of budget deficits.  Surely if that were the case then cut costs, cut government costs reallocate resources to areas that would boost economic activity.  Most companies rely on importation to survive and this will surely devalue the niara as well exacerbate inflation.

This move with getting the refineries functional to peg the cost at $65 a liter or less will only make matters worse.  It just does not all add up and this will only be the beginning of the grand plan to break up the country which has been predicted to occur in 2015.

I pray and hope for my beloved country
Politics / Re: Nigeria, The Next Battlefield In The War On Terror? by brokswater: 8:29pm On Sep 09, 2011
Godman you are so on point with your thread.  There are so many ignorant people here on this site.  It is public knowledge that the CIA had predicted the breakup of nigeria by 2015.  The sophistication of boko haram is not by accident.  There is hidden hand and the American economy is fuelled by simply America prosecuting a war.

This assures that millions of jobs are saved and testing of their latest weapons is the order of the day.

Nigeria as it stands has too many groups agitating for something but we also know as Nigerians we love life.  So these acts of terrorism and the words our leaders have used recently is a cause for concern, the fact we have the FBI investigating the last bomb is a cause for concern.  The fact as I write US special forces are in the DELTA is a cause for concern.

Iraq/Somalia will be ranked as better places to live if the trend continues.  One word for the wise, unfortunately our politicians have all being bought billions of niara over!
Business / Re: Why Is Solar Power Not Commonly Used In Nigeria? by brokswater: 3:57am On Mar 24, 2011
Gentlemen this is an amazing topic. I am trying to put together a budget for a water bottling plant and rather than purchase a generator I would like to run the plant on solar. I have the kilo wat rating of all the equipment. How can I determine my solar power needs. Please help.

Business / Re: Pure Water Biz(Discuss) by brokswater: 2:46am On Mar 14, 2011
madam L I am looking to come on board with the bottled water business. Your comments on machinery is quite valid. Can you pass on any knowledge in this area and where can I find this list of recognized equipment manufacturers. I have tried using the web but there is so much fraud out there.

Your valuable insight will be most helpful. Also a plant tour of your facility will be of great help/

Thanks in anticipation
