Has anyone with immigrant visa 221g been migrated from previous visa service provider ustraveldocs to usvisaappt because I haven’t been able to get responses from the emails sent nor able to get them on phone and it’s 120 days after interview and 60 days after document submission.thank you in advance to anyone with useful info

Well regarding the drop off at OIS office and not getting a tracking ID,they said you ain't suppose to get one.

You need to keep checking and might take a while (7weeks in my case) for the status to change.

Be patient and pray whilst at it.

I am co-asking this question because my mum was not given any slip when she dropped off too and I don’t know what to do to track the visa status.

I guess no one is answering the question. I've checked my ceac status daily for over two weeks no changes in the status. I will just go back to the OIS to confirm if the documents had been delivered.
