Please pardon my errors in the write up. I will try and cut the long story short.


4 days ago I got a call that my father, 63" has been brought to village square by his family on the allegation that he's a witch.

My father pleaded not guilty of the accusation but the family member insist that he is lying. The family proposed a place which they'd go, so my father will take an oath, my father agreed that he's ready to go anywhere and take the oath, then the family cowardly back down and proceeds in doing my father what they do those that's doing witchcraft.

They beat my father to the extent he fainted saveral time, even after we paid 10k so they won't beat him. His body is full of injuries now and he is currently on treatment.

After the whole thing, the family and community charge him to pay #3 million which includes cow, 4 goats drinks and the rest of them, this fees should be paid to them on the 10th of April, which is next month.

At the moment, I'm still serving my boss in Lagos and my father, mother and my step mother have nothing currently.

We can't afford the money because we are extremely poor now,
but this is not the problem right now because I know my hustle will pay some day.

My main purpose of this thread is, please lawyers in the house, How much is going to cost me if I want to take this matter to court and what does the law say about false accusation of witchcraft.

If we/I'm able to pay this fees, then I will proceed to court even if it amounts selling my kidney.

Haaa! My brother, biko no go back. It's even good that they were unable to gain entry otherwise police will start arranging you as a suspect. Instead of security that barely pays, go to estate gates of big community and tell them you are looking for same security job or steward job. I used to have a friend at VCG that pays between 30 to 50k for that job as far back as 2017.

Or teaching jobs, or go to companies inside same estate to look for office assistant jobs. The last one I hired in Ikeja was started at 50k. Guy no dey do much o.

Or go to a corporate environment near you and focus on tall buildings that house different companies. Then talk to the security staff there, they usually have knowledge of which company needs a staff of minimal credentials.

Honestly, small small jobs like that full ground, you just need to know how to look ni cos they are not usually advertised as potential fillers aren't required to know how to read and write.

Operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), have arrested two members of a drug syndicate that operates between Nigeria, East Africa and Europe.

The two members of the cartel were arrested at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Ikeja Lagos.

Spokesman of the NDLEA, Mr. Femi Babafemi, who stated these in a statement in Abuja, said the operatives of the agency at the Lagos airport on Monday, March 13, 2023, intercepted a member of the drug syndicate, Ejezie Vitus Ifeanyi, [/b]during screening of inward passengers on Ethiopian Airline flight from Malawi via Addis Ababa at the arrival hall.

Babafemi explained that when a search was conducted on him, it was discovered that one of his two bags has a false bottom concealment.

He further said; “During preliminary interview of the suspect, he confessed that a member of the syndicate was waiting at the airport carpark to pick him.

“An immediate follow up operation led to the arrest of Chukwu Franco Bright, who was waiting in a grey colour Mercedes Benz C180 coupe, marked EKY 973 GQ to receive the drug consignment”.

I just tire! I wasn't expecting it to make front page at all. I made the thread and just forgot about it. Few days later, someone chatted me up on WhatsApp that they saw my thread on front-page. I rushed to the thread, tried to remove the pictures, but couldn't. I wasn't expecting it to make front at all. Now, I'm trying to delete or remove the pictures, I can't. Vacancies exist with an SME in the food/logistics sector. The company is located at Yaba/Bariga, Lagos.

1. Logistics Manager.

The ideal candidate should between the ages 33- 40yrs.
He/She should possess a university degree or HND Diploma in logistics management, inventory management or business administration.
Minimum of 4 -5 years of previous work experience is compulsorily required.
He/She will be responsible for the total logistics and inventory management for the various stores as well as record keeping, fleet management per driver management and goods, vehicle tracking, weekly &monthly reporting, stock taking and taking charge of supplies and deliveries.

2. Inventory Officer

Salary range is between
