Can you just imagine Benue and Osun states agreeing to pay the new minimum wage and Delta, Akwa Ibom, Rivers etc are still dragging foot?

Criminals DECEIVING their people.
agreeing to pay is one thing. But to pay is another thing. Check statrs that's owning workers 5-9 months

You have refused to learn and obviously you don't know what you are talking about, but its fine. You just have to be humble and learn. I am tired trying to teach you.
As regards this case;
1. I can bet my ass that the shipper didn't declare the amount that was shown on the screenshots. Nigerians like to get around the system by undervaluing. Some even overvalue the cost so the courier company can pay them that incase of loss, but when duty is calculated, they cry.

2. Customs uses the market value of things that they find to be undervalued. So go check the prices of these items online. The price might tally.

3. Lastly if the duty was computed on the invoice value based on the screenshot, the duty to be paid is NGN 526,803. He can get this done if he follows up with them or present this to customs to review. If he can talk to a senior officer, it should be resolved or wait for feedback with the courier company.

Below is a breakdown of he is expected to pay using the invoice value
people dont pay customs for gift items. The sipper should have paid everything including flights. It's wrong to ask receiver to pay it's scam.

400k to 500k will buy you iPhone 12.

200k she use to send the items will buy you the gold. Then the remaining balance will buy you the Samsung.

What rubbish is all this. Next time tell sender to send you the money to buy them here.

Nigeria customs are part of the inflation in the country currently.

Foreign Affairs / Re: US President Still Using 34-Year-Old Plane But Nigeria Abandoned 19-Year-Old by Bullfallo(m): 4:20pm On Aug 20
.. private jets are not the same as commercial plane. Even commercial plane that fly every day can work for 45 years.

Private jet can stay on for 60 years. The only reason for abandoning it is for more advanced technology, even at that there are room for upgrades. But for flying and safety old jet can still fly very well.

Most planes in Nigeria have worked 30 years in overseas before sending them to Nigeria. And in Nigeria they will work for another 15-30 years.

Ethiopia airlines have the most old air plane and we have not heard of any mishaps from them.

Tinubu just want to live like a king and in luxury. His life ambition fulfilled. Let him enjoy it while it lasted. Vacation in Paris with high class women. Yacht party with twerking girls and glorious life in applause like King Solomon.

Can you see any reasonable bright future in the Nigeria project?

If you look at where we are coming from, where are are today and where we are heading to anyone with a thinking faculty or higher IQ can be able to see the future of this country called Nigeria.

With the set of leaders, growing population and dwindling resources and revenue

Monday’s meeting marks the second to be held in seven days.
Lol. How many meetings do they need before they start completing critical things not to even talk of results

When tinubu told the cbn to close the exchange rate gap to stop round tripping many of us surported the policy. But the more they close the gap the more the exchange rate keeps going higher, And the cbn continue to close the gaps. Which further mess up the economy and pushed the petrol price higher even after subsidy removal and with government paying more subsidy then they met and Nigerians paying 4 to 5 times the price for PMS and diesel.

Goods and agricultural produce became costly especially imported items.

In conclusion the Naira was devalued due to wrong and uncalculated policies.

You can't close a currency gap without releasing enough to go round. Nigerians depends on black markets for their exchange and CBN id closing gaps of currency they didn't release. The effect is black market will continue to distance itself from the official rate

When he was counting and arranging the bra and pants I told me friend look what his mad person is carrying. He said the person is not mad and knows what he is doing but pretending to be mad if not why would he be picking pants and bra.

I was in total shocked. First time of seeing something like that although i have been hearing of stories like that.
Politics / Re: Economy: Nigerian Oil Subsidy Payments Burden. by Bullfallo(m): 4:00pm On Aug 19
Money saved from subsidy should have been used to stabilize the Naira. The more then naira gain strength the cheap the fuel for Nigerians. But since tinubu remove subsidy the naira keep plummeting causing more and more hardship for Nigerians.

There is corruption in the subsidy. They need to rmploy foreign investigators and local investigator.

Here is my review of the Airtel 5g Smartbox router. It is good, and it depends on the area you are in, for network strength. In the compound where I live, maybe because of how the house was built, I have a sweet spot in the house where the network is fair, and most times, I get the blue light.

You are not getting the 5g light.
Despite this, I get like 10mbps or lower if it is peak hours (I think in the afternoon or so). Now, I got this by simply using the Wifi.

But one thing people write off is the yellow ethernet cable that came with it (for LAN). I used it on my laptop rather than connecting via wifi, and my speed jumped to 23mbps...it was really fast and all that, sometimes fluctuating between 15mbps -23mbps.

Airtel 5g smartbox router is good if that is what you want. You have to think of the cost. It is portable, unlike Starlink. I can't carry a dish about if I want to travel or subscribe to a roaming plan because I changed my address.

It is for big wigs...wanted to get Starlink before but then, thought of power consistency (electricity), and that Airtel router came with UPS (powerbank), AND IT IS just 50k...just went for it and I have not regretted it since then. Me that was still thinking of coughing out 440k, but now I get to keep my change, and use the remaining money for sub if I wish. If one thinks of the cost of fuel, or going for solar with batteries...it can be a pain in the ass with the type of country we are in.

I work online, run my business, watch videos (no buffering), play Call of Duty Mobile, and my spouse also uses it on her phone...

Conclusion: If you work from home (remotely) and the company requires a certain amount of speed (like 100mbps), you can go for Starlink so you can retain your job and keep earning. If you want something moderate, cost-effective, go for Airtel.

Pic 1 is using the router with the UPS (powerbank) (some says it last up to 8 hours) that came with it. Purely Wifi

Pic 2 is using the ethernet cable with my laptop (I have grown to love this).

The subscription is cheaper in Nigeria. I’m in East Africa and paying ₦75k monthly, and I use only around 500 GB monthly
in the last decades Naira lost value significantly to about 1000%. So it seems like everything is cheaper in Nigeria from foreigners. But people in Nigeria sees it very costly. Imagine when dollars were 180 to now that it's 1600.

Even fuel at 1000. To other countries it looks like it's Cheaper here in Nigeria. when naira moved from 750 to 1600

I have this Friend that have a shop. He is living with a women that happens to take care of him. Despite the fact he have a shop. He will collect money from the woman for transport to work. Feeding and everything. It has been like that for years and became worst with tinubu government.

There was one day we were together drinking. And we discuss alot of things and I then told him that if a man married the wrong woman he will not get to his destiny. I told him there some women that a man will marry and he will prosper and while some will be hardship.he said nor be lie that God have a women for every man and if the man didn't marry that woman god plan for his life will be difficult.

When we drank and through with everything. We went out ways.

I never knew that discussion get into the guy head. I have been looking for him sence then and each time I go to his shop. The shop will be locked I was like what is happening to this guy until the day I saw him. I was shocked as he lost weight significantly. Oboy watin they happen where you come dey. But you have reduced oh. Where is your woman? He said she left. How? watin happened? he said they had some issues and he refused to tell me. I ask him when that one happened? and he said that day we see last. I was really angry is like when he went home he said so many things that provoked the woman like he is not progressing since he is with her for years or something like that. She left and the guy can't even transport himself to and fro to his shop and feeding. Chia.

Check the inner panel on the driver door for your correct tyre pressure gauge, and are sure it's the guage you bought from Jumia in the pic?

Also tell us the vehicle you are driving.
I think I know why Nigeria vulcanizer measures 45 to 50 oven 60.

It's because the measurements they are using is different.

If your car said 38-40 just do 45.

I told him but those guys from roadside vulcanizer measure 45. He then said yes this one is the standard and 40 here is what those roadside measure 45.

Car Talk / Confused.. Is My Tyre Gauge Wrong? Or Vulcanizer by Bullfallo(m): 9:32am On Aug 09
I went to vulcanizer to guage my tyre. he told me some 3 tyres were 35 and one was 40 I think so. Then I told him to make all 45...

After he was done. I noticed something was not right because it's feel like I don't have shocks on bad and uneven road.

The next day I stop at another vulcanizer and told him to quage my tyres he told me all of them 50. Then I told him to bring all down to 45 and also check all my tyres if they are okay. He showed to me the one I already known before was bad (that tyre cut threads). So I planned to change that tyre that same week. Although he said I can still manage it and nothing will happen.

There was alot difference from that moment when I drive. Then I went straight to Jumia to order my personal guage but there was some delay due to the protest. Meanwhile before it arrives I went to change the bad tyre and told the to make it 45 and guage the others

He told me all 45. But when my guage arrive and I gauge all my tyres and they are all 40.

40 is not that bad. But if looks like they are using inferior guage that local one.

I would like to believe my own is superior. Find attached

Unstand of doing new design. Abandoned old technology or better leave them like that.

Car Talk / Re: How do I service my Toyota Camry 2005 gear oil?? by Bullfallo(m): 10:11am On Aug 07
Originalsly:

Really? .. that's one of the dumbest advice I've ever heard ... and I'm no mechanic nor know much about cars. Reason this ... let's say you have a 4 litre bottle of dirty water. You pour out one liter and pour in one liter of pure water.... shake the bottle very well.... pour out another litre and pour in a litre of pure water....repeat same until you pour in all 4 liters of pure water. My question to you .... do you now have 4 liters of pure water in the bottle? Same with the transmission fluid ... each time you drain you will be draining out the good you just poured in with the bad. Why not replace all at once?

Transmission fluid is not usually on one's Toyota check list .... unless you begin to have transmission problems. You don't... but I can see you're looking for one. If you have to change the fluid I will advise you Google what fluid to use for your particular model car and get it .
what you don't understand it's better you ask questions.

Who said change the whole fluid is not better? But in this case he doesn't know the history of that car. Not the oil use inside.

Google is your friend.

Google slippage after transmission fluid change. So you haven't seen testimonials of people who transmission pack up after fluid change. This system is that the transmission is not having issue. Of there is issue you can just changed the fluid. But in this case is just to give the fluid a refreshing live not. I did mine a years plus now. And will do the same this year ending or next year. It's better to be on a safe side than to form awoke.
