electricity is really an issue in my area but I intend switching between generator & phcn. what minimum of internet speed do you think I need? my area has a speed of 3g will that be OK?

Can some one put me through on how to establish an internet radio station or better still help me establish one. I have a DJ studio with all the needed hardware, like laptops, desktop, mixers, studio mic, turntables, players/controllers, loads of vinyl records/cd of different genre, thousands of sound on mp3 & a very good office space. My problem is getting registered & logged into a good server that is almost free. I have searched the web to get info but still need a guru around to guide & help me logged in. I am base in kogi state. Nigeria.
