Travel / Re: South African Embassy: A Tale Of Torture And Extortion by busibodi(f): 2:13pm On May 14, 2009
its very simple. Nigerians need to respect themselves! Period! When you go and start pushing/shoving.

if they apply half of such energy into chasing away their corrupt RULERS naija would turn around in 10yrs.

comedy of laughter.
Travel / Re: Death Of LASTMA Officer: Lesson For All by busibodi(f): 1:54pm On May 14, 2009
I'm a realist - I don't believe in praising a dead person, when in life, no one could find anything positive to say about him / her.

see the big picture:

No matter what there will always be people to say something good or bad about any dead person.

meanwhile i dey gbadun the babe comments cos its makes me smile.
i had even went as far as checking her profile to see how she looks but alas found no pic.

And thats suppose to make me do what?
Politics / Re: Should Nigeria Give A Loan To Sao Tome And Principe? by busibodi(f): 1:34pm On May 14, 2009
Good idea but needs to be well planned.

The loan should be given but with conditions.

In that way, Nigerians will benefit and Sao Tome too.

The dead LASTMA's family has my sympathy.

The LASTMA officer however, doesn't.

I never want to kills in my life But I am going to Sacrifice my life for Nigerians even if it take my life I must do it.

if you want to do, make it good.

Go after those lootters; OBJ, IBB, Annenih etc

Atleast you are more courageous to take action rather than do nothing and just be armchair-internet-critic.

We can't outgrow it, simple, as far as, the rulers lurk in the recess of their artficial comfort,
and assume that all is well.

I fully agreed.

It is just callous that the leaders enjoy to have nigerians go through this.

what a waste. I wonder what stories nigerians will tell baba God when they go beyond.

Half of their LIFE on earth would have been spent on:

strike
fuel scarcity
darkness

Let them disclose the names of the beneficiaries of the money and after that they should be executed in front of their families and the money recovered.

Politics / Re: Would You Give Up Your Car For A Bicycle? by busibodi(f): 3:40pm On May 13, 2009
I am sorry, I will not stoop that low. I am not here to pretend I can read your mind, hence the reason why I asked you
to please explain what you mean. Reading between the line does not answer the question I asked.

who cares.
Politics / Re: Lagos Stood Still For Nlc by busibodi(f): 3:37pm On May 13, 2009
more pics, pls.

this brings back old memories of strikes in naija.

I ask myself; when are going to out-grow this?
Politics / Re: Would You Give Up Your Car For A Bicycle? by busibodi(f): 2:55pm On May 13, 2009
I may be missing something here. You say that even the Chinese have dumped their bikes for luxury cars, and you also
mention that Nigeria is not the EU. Can I ask what exactly you are getting at here?

Nigerians should read between the line and do what best for their own unique situation!
Politics / Re: Would You Give Up Your Car For A Bicycle? by busibodi(f): 12:27pm On May 13, 2009
No but people like you should be banned from civillisation. You ain't even fit for the zoo either, it would be an insult to the animals.

Nigeria is not UK or EU.

Even Chinese have dumbed their bicycles for luxury cars.

Eye witness account has it that the heavy duty machine
carrying a slab was at work when LASTMA officer was
running after the commercial bus. The red flag alert
which normally signals danger was up and everybody
stayed away from the caterpillar but the LASTMA officer
was not aware of the danger. He ran into the heavy duty
machine and died on the spot.

only happens in a failed state.

FOR GOD'S SAKE, $150 MILLION! *desparately looking for a calculator to convert the amount into naira using 120 as the conversion rate to arrive at 18 Billion*

you should asking what happened to $16billion from OBJ

you should be asking Brown to return $1.1billion Abacha money in UK

$180million you will agree is peanut to above 2.

You will be the first to whine when Nigerians are thrown out of the UK for not being "originals".

thats how it is. 2nd citizen is not your birth/blood right.

It was awarded and can be taken from you if you miss-behave!
Politics / Re: You’re Racist, Lebanese Accuse Nigerian Immigration. by busibodi(f): 12:09pm On May 12, 2009
However, responding the comptroller of immigration in Kano, Mr. David Parradang, said their action was based on the position of the law and purely within the confines of the Nigerian Constitution which stipulates that only Abuja has the right to give new passport to foreign nationals.

the law is clear. They are not ORGINAL Nigerians.

Nigeria is their second country, they should obey or be thrown out!

The Tax System has not always been this bad. Back in the early 80’s we had a thriving system which was taken seriously by the majority,

this is what happens when you dont allow your LANDLINE to develop.

one of the disadvantages of mobile phone; but we never see the big picture.

we should have insisted that all houses have LANDLINES before we go mobile.

we are still going to pay dearly for this error.

Religion / Re: Pastor Arraigned For Duping Banker! by busibodi(f): 1:58pm On May 11, 2009
P.M.NEWS gathered that the victim had some problems in her previous marriage and went to the pastor for counselling, but the pastor allegedly hypnotized her and started sleeping with her. In the process, he collected money from her to buy a car and other things. The total sum he took from her amounted to N4.5million.

lesson to other ladies that put their hopes on a pastor.
