It’s about your SOP. Simple Tstunt: Hello good people!
My case goes this way, I submitted my application for a Canadian student visa via an online route on May 12, 2019. I did my biometrics on May 14, 2019. I have attached the reasons the gave for my refusal.
What is the best course of action? Has their been anyone who has appealed their visa refusal and was successful? If so, can you refer me to a good immigration lawyer that will appeal for me (I suppose it is an immigration lawyer that will do)?
Please, I need help o, gurus in the house. |

You should send a mail directly to the school to get more clarification on their refund policy. In my opinion, it’s better to hear from the school about such matter as policies change sometimes. So simply just send them this chat and remove the first paragraph george009: Hello Gurus in the house;
Please I got admitted to Naigara College and I want to pay my school fees on monday;
I hope the have good refund policy should incase the VISA doesn't go through and also what's the best method to make the payment, am paying for 1st term only.
Thanks |

That is a good first step Josade69:
I will try a third time. The only problem is that I think my program only allows fall resumption. I have sent a letter to confirm all that and if my admission can be deferred. |
Travel / Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 16 by ca12: 5:13am On Aug 22, 2019 |
Sorry, I know this is painful. I hope you have the strength to give it a third try and this time, it turns out to be approved. If you can defer your application to January and order your gcm notes this month, Canadian VO can surprise people ehn, I m ready to assist in your 3rd application in anyway. Going by the recent trend of rejected applications, one can come to an assumption of a quota reached system for study visa however be encouraged to give it a third try. You would get it this time Josade69: 2nd Refusal
Reapplication: 24th of June Refusal: 21st of August
1st Refusal: based on financial status and personal assets.
2nd Refusal: based on n your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence, the purpose of your visit and personal assets and financial status. |

Pls don’t believe anything that is not on the CIC website. Everybody’s case is unique. naijalodge: Gurus in the house, I heard age also play a role in Visa application, am 29 and will be 30 by March and am applying for a PGD/PGC program, do u think it would affect or dampen my chances of being granted Visa? |
Travel / Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 16 by ca12: 6:27pm On Aug 20, 2019 |
Option 1 is the best option to me from experience. I am also a may applicant and my decision came in August after I sent the webform and sent email to my processing center at Nairobi. His visa may come in before resumption, so just wait to get a response from the webform you sent. Some times after sending the webform, they send the approval mail within some days. This was my own case Estar400: Hello house Please house what do you consider the best step going forward?
1. Should he wait until the visa comes out and then email the school that he will be coming in late since he got the visa late? (that would mean resuming October)
2. Should he just ask the school to defer his admission to the Winter term (January 2020)? Would that mean getting a new admission letter and sending it to the IRCC?
3. Or should he just wait and do nothing and let the application run its course.
Please your prompt advice will be highly appreciated.
Thank you. 1 Like |

If you are waiting for your passport pickup, it’s possible that it is ready for collection but on the vfs website, it may still be showing Canada office. I experienced this and just wanted to let someone know should in case you are still waiting for your passport pickup. It took five days for mine to be uploaded on the vfs portal meanwhile it had been ready for collection in the five days. 2 Likes |

Yea You can get stronger ties through a job, a business back home, landed property, and maybe something else I can’t think of now. But your family (parents) is not a strong tie. Advil:
No i am not married. I guess family ties are out of the window huh? |
Travel / Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 16 by ca12: 12:09pm On Aug 18, 2019 |
I guess this means you are married then, just to be clear on family cuz your wife or husband back home is a good tie If you are single, that is not a strong tie as having a parent back at home is not an 100 percent guarantee that you would come back to your home country Advil:
Family |
