What does it mean when ones application is on eligibility review and has also passed the normal processing time?

My wife is scared

I didn't do medicals though.

I actually applied 2nd of September and got a ghost update that eligibility Review started on the 8th of September. I am just shocked I received another ghost update this morning and saw nothing

Check very well, it may be that your medical was passed or eligibility has started. If they had started before you saw a message, maybe a ghost message.
