You can proceed with your application process. The University of Winnipeg doesn't require english proficiency test for students coming from Nigeria. Please endeavour to peruse through the tuition fees to know if its affordable by you and also its refund policy after tuition payment.

In the meantime, should you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to reach out here for professional assistance.

It will end in praise.

Thanks alot boss...I'll really appreciate your professional help as I'm about to start with mine.

The two courses are in the same school (U of Winnipeg).
The school is good and Winnipeg is a good destination.
Prepare your application well and relate the course you chose to international relations. Let the VO see the relationship between the two courses and why you chose marketing or financial management.

All the best
Thanks alot bro. Will update you as i proceed with the processes.

You cannot get admission for masters with your CGPA, your only option is to find a PGD in one of the colleges related to your course.
And no it is not a red flag.
Thanks alot for the timely reply. I already got two schools in Winnipeg for PGD...Take a look at them for me please.

2. https://www.mastersportal.com/studies/152922/financial-management.html
What are these schools like?, Is Winnipeg a good destination for international students? These are the courses i can find suitable and i feel they are kind of related to my discipline.
PGD in International Relations is just 1 year. I won't want to go for that as the major aim is the PGWP. What's your advice regarding my choices please?

Happy Sunday bosses...I graduated from OAU, department of International Relations with a poor grade, a CGPA of 2.36/5.00, which then leaves me in the third class region. I'm done with NYSC and would like to continue my educational pursuit in Canada. What are my chances of securing admission? Can my poor grade get an admission to study for Masters? If yes, how do i go about it? If no, can i settle with a Postgraduate diploma then, If yes, will a 2 years PGD not be a red flag? As the gurus here have made it clear that's the only way to secure a PWGP of 3 years. Thanks all! Would appreciate any input whatsoever please.
