I will never and never do stock. I put so much into stocks only to regret. If I had bought lands with those funds by now I will 10000 times richer. Am sorry. Stock is like ponzi

I started trading in 2006. Was pumping cash in every month until the 2008 crash.

Then my eyes opened to something overlooked, real estate. I bought landed property and built small rental units. No regrets.

Did I leave the market? No, I limited my exposure. You can do thesame.

(I do cryptos too, it's Forex I don't have the mind for).

Dr Ukay2, I really wish I could but what happened when you have tool failure and your junior on the field had to wake you up to do some troubleshooting and the likes. Wont you watch money acquired through that means and sleepless night with an eagle eyes. Infact, there are some terrible jobs you go to and you wont be able to sleep for 3 days especially if you have tool failure back to back.

Sounds like we have loggers here.

Good evening house, my corrola 02 suddenly jerks and stops when I'm in a hold up or slowing down. I've changed the injector. Another mechanic says that I need to get another injectors. Please help.

Please scan the car and state the error codes here.

In the time being, you can check your air inflow filters too. With our dusty weather, they might be clogged and not giving the proper air mix.

You want my opinion bah? Good you said you'll bear the risk. Note that I'm in no way an expert ooo. grin
Ok. You dont even have to wait till May for now.
It's better to enter the ones that are good or whose dividend is certain now.
Remember Mr. Market has a mind of its own too.
1. Buy UCAP if you can get btw 3.20 - 3.40 range, below 3.50 seems good to me considering their mouth watering dividend -50kobo per share.
Sell after qualification date and move to another one.
**Tips: If you're lucky and it moved up to around 3.80 before Qualification date(which is 6th March), sell it, wait for pullback again and key-in for dividend. After qualification date, you may sell it and move to another one.

2. UBA: Expectation of good dividend yield. It closed the week at 7.40. Watch if they can panic sell below that amount, then buy. To me at 7.40 is also good.

3. Zenith: N2.50kobo declared. Getting around 19.50/19.60 will be good. It may or may not fall lower than that.
If it falls lower the better for you. Qualification date is March 9, 2020. Means you have to be inside the bus before 9th.

4. FCMB: There was improvement in their performance as shown in the interim report. EPS in 2018 was 18kobo. The new/recent EPS is 35kobo. Below 1.85 will be good. If they declared certain amount and you make such gain on the floor, you may sell it to re-enter again or wait for qualification date.

**Note: This range is purely based on earning season, its purely my opinion too.

Thanks for your candid feed back.

It's only ZENITH that I'm not holding at the moment. It was on Friday that I canceled my limit BUY order that has stayed some days waiting for sub 17.50 but as it is now, that won't come anytime soon.

I'd build some volume on the other ones.

I appreciate.

@seyisanya thanks for the 5th.

Why can't these guys get full assault Apache helicopters, the country can afford it, and it shouldn't be just for the war against insurgency. This best should be given to the police.
