DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Setting quality assurance compliance objectives to achieve the targets.
Promoting performance improvement and quality assurance programs throughout the organization.
Ensuring services compliance with international and national legislation and standards.
Defining quality measures in conjunction with working staff.
Understanding, evaluating, and executing the tests and procedures properly and investigating the product modifications.
Directing workers engaged in testing and measuring product, tabulating the data relating product quality, materials
Contemplating the application of health and safety, and environmental standards.
Monitoring performance by collecting relevant information and preparing statistical, management and technical systems reports.
Determining relevant quality associated training requirements and delivering training.

Job Description:
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.

Responsibilities:
Operate across the various specialist areas for the company, providing support, guidance and professional procurement advice where required, ensuring that all procurement activities are conducted within the requirements of the Contract Standing Orders (CSOs), the Procurement Toolkit and the Financial Regulations
Responsible for the approval of all major procurement activities and the development and implementation of strategic procurement plans
Reviewing and implementing the procurement strategy
Developing systems of control, policies and procedures relating to procurement
Liaising with relevant staff to ensure policies and procedures are followed
Reviewing existing contracts and identifying opportunities for improved value for money
