Got married 2018 as I am typing I am crying asking God why did he create me because nothing good has happened in my entire life
Now I can't get pregnant.. first it was fibroid nothing I did or took work from Metformin clomid to letrozole to follicular tracking finally I said let me do the fibroid surgery so that will be out of the way. I did the surgery in march last year
Now no menses since Oct. A pelvic scan I did say closed cervix
I know that people are going through alot here but mine is too much from one bad news to another no break my husband is even tired
I have asked him to go and marry another wife
Because I don't see myself getting pregnant talkless of giving birth
I don't eat or sleep properly. I am just empty inside

Have you considered surrogacy?? your egg and ur hubbys sperm you give to someone to carry for you chikineee your baby is ur baby weda na u carry am or person help you carry, DNA na una own .No ones needs to know sey no be u carry the baby, not that it is anyone's biz,,
We need to start opening our eyes to all the options out there. TTC is a complex matter, one has to consider IUI, IVF, and surrogacy depending on what is going on.

Good morning my people, please pardon my grammatical errors and long writeups. I'm curiously in need of your help to help me decide if I should confront her or not. This is the problem, traditionally I got married to my wife this January 2023 and by grace of God our wedding is coming this July 2023, our IV is already out, we have got 45% of the Wedding needs already, like Asobi clothes, her own clothes and my clothes too, we have also booked for Decorations, DJ, MC etc.

So, here is the issue that I need to confront her or probably council the Wedding because since I got noticed what has been going in my absent, I wasn't myself for past 3days, I am emotionally exhausted. Here is the problem, there is thus guy that always call her late in the night from 10pm, whenever I asked her who was that, she always tell me is just a friend that they have known right from secondary school, that she knows her girlfriend that nothing is between them. I asked her,did he know that you are married, she said of cause, he is aware. I said OK, that day passed, so the call kept coming same time 10pm but not everyday. Later I began to notice that the guy doesn't call in the night again maybe because she have asked her not to call her by that time again. So 3days ago, I had access with her phone, my brothers and sisters, I was shocked, behold the person that told me she has nothing to do with him that is just a friend. All there conversation in that chat was sweetie, sweetie, that's what they call each other. Though, I found out my wife doesn't give him that chance that she's only interested to eat his money because I saw a receipt of 20k he sent to my wife. The guy was seriously asking for her nude videos which she didn't send to her but she instead sent him stickers. The guy will send her some videos showing her how he will sock her breast, and one hot round of sex, my wife will just replied him OK. Last chat my wife chatted him was where she is begging him for 50 to 100k to pay back by June. She don't have anything doing, I wonder where she will get the money to pay him back. Till now the guy have not replied him. I can say she has not started cheating on me because, she just relocated from Awka to Abuja where I leave and she doesn't know anywhere yet. She is always at home. So where I'm confused now is, is she sending him her nude and delete it at instant or she is just playing ▶️the guy? Even at that, as a married woman 👩did she suppose to engage in such conversation with a man? And she is already pregnant, 16weeks pregnant precisely.

Please house, what should I do in this situation, should I confront her or to keep monitoring her but the fact is, it still disturbs me why my wife a married woman should be having such discussions with a man.

interesting problem, your wife is not cheating on you, she's only playing the man and she probably trying to help raise money to support your wedding, you need to talk to her and tell her to end that relationship, u also need to help her get a source of income so she won't feel she's a burden to you and ask outsiders for money.

is gestone only for frozen embryos? Can it be combined with cyclogest both in either frozen or fresh embies?

What is your take on day 3 embryo transfer?

What are the possible causes of poor fertilization even with ICSI? Like few eggs being fertilized out of many .

Is it good to add prednisone, even without being tested of natural killers ?
How long does it take for egg retrieval pains / bloating to go off?

Fresh embryo transfer is ok, day 3 trans is also ok and the best is day 5 Emryo transfer, the longer the embryo survives the higher the chances of pregnancy.
A few eggs fertilizing is caused by many factors like age, egg quality, sperm quality, genetics, etc.
if you have been on the TTC Journey for a while, added prednisone may help, why take chances?
also if you have some eggs frozen and you have issues like fibroids, endometriosis, etc why not try using a surrogate mother ?? contact me if are considering using a surrogate mother.

Nairalanders, I'm new and need genuine advise here. I married my wife for over 7 years and she hasn't been able to conceive. After many medical trials like IVF and operations no positive result. She had suggested we go for a surrogate mother and has even brought a young girl of about 22 years to do that for us. My concern which I told her is that the little baby will need constant feeding in the surrogate mother's womb and so I will from time to time bleep the girl to feed my unborn child which my wife refuse. What should I do? Or I should leave my unborn baby to starve in that girl's womb? The baby may end up lacking certain traits if not well fed. Please advise and no insult please.

Is this a genuine question, why do you think a baby in the womb needs to feed by sleeping with a woman? pls, you need to read and get more information.
I help people find surrogate mothers and I personally frown on traditional surrogacy where the man's sperm is inserted into the surrogate mother or the man sleeps with the surrogate mother, that kind of surrogacy is complicated and I personally frown on it.
Rather I advise Gestational surrogacy where the intended parent's embryo ( even if they used a donor egg or sperm ) is given to the surrogate mother to carry, that way the surrogate mother has no genetic relationship with the baby she is carrying, and in most cases, the surrogate mother and the parents may not even meet except on the day of delivery in the delivery room if they like.

Why don't you try surrogacy? have someone carry your child for you. lots of reasons to use a surrogate, even if it is to avoid the pain of childbirth.
