HRH1994:
Hi guys, i would like to help answer most of your questions because i can see alot of you are confused about the process so i would try to make this post as explanatory as possible to cut across all questions.
1. If you have not gotten an invite then hold on because the process is on till september
2. there are five stages in total
a. aptitude test
b. psychometric test
c. interview with HR(face to face)
d. Dropque test(online video but you wont see the interviewer)
e. online interview with a UBA staff at the UBA headquarters depending on your location
Now you can also advance through the process only if you pass each stage.
Finally you have medicals then training school. you will be called for the last interview when you are about to go to training school. training school is every 2 weeks and there are two schools, one in kaduna and the other in lagos so you will be sent to these schools depending on your region or availability of the schools. the next training school is on monday in kaduna and the interviews have already been conducted.
I was one of the interviewees so goodluck guys
Please I will like to know if recruitment exercise has started for we that applied for post of customer service- Ilorin.
