It’s based on medical grounds for my son who is supposed to be having a surgery on the 30th of May 2023. So that’s the reason why I’m going to be making an expedited appointment. Besides, the consular officer didn’t even ask if there are any supporting documents to back up our claims, like the letter that was addressed to the embassy from the hospital in the United States. My wife got pregnant again even with an IUD. We werent planning for it. As these babies are so small and require so much care already.

Its not like raising them in the village. We live abroad and we dont get help. It means we always have to be with them if not for daycare but then we are working. We are already so tired.

I heard a rumor I need clarity on.
I have a tourtist B1/B2 visa that is barely 4months old, and now I want to apply for an F1 for school.
Someone mentioned that if they reject the F1 it's likely they will withdraw the Active B1/B2 I have.

Please is this possible? And why?
I have been advised not to apply for F1 for this reason.

Please I need you guys advice on this, thanks.

Please what documents will I need to hold for this trip aside their passports and i20, I also have an affidavit signed by my husband.
Do I need any kind of letter from their schools?
Ages 7 and 4.

I’m sincerely running out of my mind. Can’t even concentrate in other things. Have been perpetually sad since my visa was delayed. 3rd Dec.
Tried to get another date but the second EA was denied. Lagos.

And I think what’s making me feel this way is that all my friends (4) got theirs approved. Na only me remain like this��.

My nervousness came as a result of denials flying up and down. I think I’ve already given up hope before approaching the VO when it got to my turn. About 20 people went before me, only one approval.

Please I'm in a fix, I'm trying to change location to Abuja. I filled a new ds160 then updated same on cgi pprtal and proceeded to reschedule my appointment but the challenge I'm having is that i didn't cancel before rescheduling so it's still showing Lagos as my location for my new appointment. Any idea how i can resolve this issue because if i now decide to cancel the new appointment then i will have to pay a new visa fee. Pls i would appreciate any response at all.
