NVC stressed original birth certificate of your petitioner, sometimes they ask, sometimes they ignore but to avoid administrative processing, try and go with the original

I think what happened is the birth cert ur petioner used when he was filing for u is different from the npc birth cert,that was why it was rejected.u need to submit the birth cert ur petitioner used

No need for bank statement

Police character certificate (police report),your birth certificate,passport photograph,if married your marriage certificate,passport biography page,in my own case they ask me to submit my petitioner birth certificate.

Go to the NVC website and check,they are all there
