I have been refused 3 times for overstaying in uk. Last time i was told 5yrs ban which ended Dec 2011. In 2007 after returning from Uk i applied for workvisa in Ireland and was refused because of Uk previous immigration. My passport had my Uk visa with a line. I have never disclosed this refusal to Uk. I have a job and permit to Uk, show i mention Ireland or it will cause problems. On previous applications i would answer Yes to visa refusals and only put Uk refusals.
