Phones / Re: Crowd At MTN Office Ikotun by CharlesNuel: 4:42pm On Dec 03, 2015
I was there yesterday and today as a loyal subscriber of MTN. Yesterday things were going smoothly until a certain group of hoodlums who came as customers distrupted the entire process. It was almost my turn and these boys broke the glass of the office. With the chaos the office was shutdown to protect lives and properties. I'm an elderly man of 62yrs old. And had to go home due to the nuaisance caused. I came in today as early as 1pm Whr I saw policemen around. In my view I saw them as making sure law and order are being observed. Operation went smoothly as people were being called in batches but I was given preference treated where I did mine at and my line started working immediately. A big lady with her mum was allowed in due to the mom's without going thru the list. The police did not harass me neither did they harass any of the customers till I left. The owner of this post show get her facts right as she should have posted a picture of how customers are being harassed. Operation went smoothly for me as there was law and order. I know as Nigerians we have our frustrations but let's not forget that these staff were attacked yesterday and they still summoned courage to come to work today. If my son had been in such situation I won't have allowed him to go to work. I give them kudos for their courage to satisfy customers as it is not easy to manage such a huge crowd in a small office. I will suggest more hands should be deployed to that office. Well done guys.
