In this Lagos? Not possible, if its on a weekday you might even waste more time
Sirianese:

The duration is estimated, it's not set in stone; you can pick a 1hr 22min trip and end up spending 30 minutes. There's an element of chance embedded in there and that's what those dudes picking such trips are using to make money.
Business / Re: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by Checkings: 9:03am On Sep 23
Ok, now I see why Bolt has refused to review their prices.
Barbiturate:

You're right but since this recent fuel increament, I've not seen an hour on indrive for 11k. It's usually one hour, twenty something minutes, and you can't even try to bid above it cos the riders won't pick. Riders on indrive are too cheap. They don't mind to wait for 30 mins or more. Indrive isn't even helping matters. They make them reduce the price so badly. I tried ordering from Sabo to Abijo GRA and I saw 14200, but I was able to reduce to 12k or so and it was about 1hr 30 mins......it could be more with more traffic! I'm just being truthful with what's happening now.

Though I still had fuel to meet my target today but I didn't meet it cos I couldn't pick the prices and drivers were picking it anyhow. Infact before you say jack, they've picked it. I waited for long, then I had to pick one going to ogba side, from VI for 11k......1 hr, 22 mins. I'm sure he picked me cos I was 4 mins away. If I had increased it even a bit, he would have picked someone who is 12 mins away and who picked his bidded price. I even spent far more than the time to get to destination.

May you live long brother 💯. You just said my mind. I've witnessed a lady almost kidnapped infront of me at elegushi bustop on lekki, the gaze from my headlights made them abort mission. The safety we cab drivers offer is even worth more than the comfort and a certain crown in Lagos understands that and wouldn't mind if the fares go up. Even though the patronage might reduce cos lately I don't get requests from random areas like before until I drive to popular places but with time people must adjust. Bolt should review their prices
Omoapena:

Are you saying if inflation keeps going up, the apps company shouldn't increase price cox they might experience low patronage?

Seems you don't know the importance of transportation, even if this apps increases the price by 50% today, people will still patronize cox transportation is essential in the society.

I understand there will be a slight dip in patronage, but in the end, people will adjust coz they have to move. And for the fact we offer safety and not just comfort, they have no choice...

You rookies are getting it wrong!

Bonus given to riders doesn't affect you. You get your full money from Bolt because bolt will balance you whatever was given to the rider.

Go to the details to confirm this.

And I see no reasons for being abusive when someone doesn't support your opinion undecided .

You were already abusive by calling me a rookie which is dumb of you as I am obligated to air my complains after driving on the app for three years now. If bolt wants to award bonuses it should be subtracted from their commission instead while I get the full payment as the payment is even not enough. Imagine driving for an hour after showing 7k+ on the app I'm getting 6300 as the final fare which normally the 7k fare isn't even enough. Why can't I get the full payment from the rider while the commission on the trip is deducted without affecting the initial fare

Bolt agent. Is that you If you think drivers still make money as before and they are happy with the ridiculous fare prices along with riders bonus deducted after successful ride, God will judge you!!. If bolt ain't heartless why can't they charge riders bonus from their commissions?? And why do you think drivers like doing offline trips and charging extra fees??. Come do you know what? Go and sit down if you don't have reasonable thing to contribute here..

I complained about this earlier and one basturd was calling me a rookie

My problem with bolt is the fact I can't choose the amount myself. Most annoying part is seeing them give the rider bonus and still charging you commission ontop
Omoapena:

If bolt isn't profitable to you, then indrive will be worst.

Just target surge on bolt, and thatz all.

I greet the house, so I'm a bolt driver been driving for a while now but like this I'm tired of the app and the low fares dey charge. I will like any indriver here to explain somethings to me cos I'm thinking of switching.
1. How much profit do you make and how many hours driving time
2. Are there riders online ready to order for rides at any time of the day? If not, what time is best
3. Since the fuel hike has indrivers been able to increase their fares as well?
3. How often does indrive reward drivers with campaign and how much do they pay drivers for car branding

Thank you

Wouldn’t this lead to hike in fuel prices? What are y’all excited about
