The problem with “kind of” listening is that it can lead to mistakes, misunderstandings, the wrong goals, wasting time and lack of teamwork. I love the quote in the graphic above from Ernest Hemingway.

There are so many reasons for us to pause before we act. This pertains to listening as well. As a coach, I learned the importance of careful and thoughtful listening. Yet, I still have to remind myself about active listening. Some people think they are listening but to build positive relationships that work, they need to listen well.

They may be listening just enough to jump in to say what they want to say. Some have trouble concentrating on what the other person is saying so they zone out or daydream while the person is talking.

There are others who think they are listening but actually are thinking of all the things they want to say or need to do that day. Listening is less important than how you listen.

By listening in a way that demonstrates understanding and respect, you build a true foundation for a good relationship no matter if it is between coach and coachee, teacher and students, friends, mother and child, spouses, or team members.

Ten tips to listening well[

Procrastination is a bad habit, that can be very hard to break. We have all been guilty of it from time to time, but sometimes we let it take over, if you’re ready to make a change and become more productive in your life then please read on for 3 steps to overcome procrastination.

find it interesting that nobody will let any physical thing stop them from going somewhere or doing something, but people allow mental things to stop them all of the time.

For example, I could walk in front of you right now, blocking your path and preventing you from walking past me, and I bet that you the first thing you try and do is push past me, or at least express vocally express your annoyance.

Every person would of course. Isn’t it strange then how we let the mental things get the best of us, we let them block our paths to progress.

We let procrastination along with all of our other bad mental habits get the best of us, without a fight.

How come we choose to fight physical problems that are stopping us, but we don’t fight mental problems that are stopping us? These mental problems can be much worse than physical problems because they are preventing us from achieving goals and the things that we want to do, and instead of fighting them, we just give in without a whimper.

The light from your phone is killing your sleeping patterns. It’s why so many people lie in bed restless and unable to get quality sleep.

Feeling Anxious and Depressed

Phone addiction is creating anxiety in our culture. It’s no surprise that since 2010 (when social media took off and the first iPhone was released) that searches for depression and anxiety have increased at an alarming rate.

If you are dependent on your device, you most likely feel anxious and depressed when you aren’t using it. Quit seeking a quick hit of dopamine from Twitter or Instagram and only use social media at specific times. A good example would be 10-minute windows at lunch or after work.

If you are struggling to find happiness, pleasure, and a relaxed mood put the phone down and do something else. Run, exercise, take a walk or meet up with a friend.

Lose Relationships

A Forbes study found that 3 in 5 people spend more time on their phones than they do with their partners.

The anti-Christ can also defend their believe, and they have many which i will explain few here, and secondly be careful how you quote the bible on them, because have seen many of them and they seem to know the bible and might confuse you if your not strong in spirit.

I remembered clearly telling an anti-Christ that before a sperm they must be a man, so the world can't just form without a force or something to create it so therefore GOD exist..

But he replied and told me we are on the same page, that even if GOD exists then something must have been the force or support that created it, that if i could remember in Genesis he was not alone so how did they come into existence, he also went further and said if Genesis was the beginning that GOD created heaven and earth then where was he living before...?

As you can see he has a point, is it time to be angry , no i don't think so, its time to help him understand, what he claims to know,

Now everything has its own secret or behind the scene, some things are far beyond your understanding, now i asked him if you have kids they don't bother how you got the house, sometimes they don't ask who gave birth to you.. all they know is you're their father, they go out and tell their friends that's my house...
