Business / BREAKING!!! Access Bank To Refund All Those That Were Debited Over CBN Stamp Dut by ChineduBato: 9:25pm On Jun 28, 2020
Access Bank on Sunday said it will refund its stamp duty deductions made from the account of its aggrieved customers after a social media outcry on Saturday.
Stamp duty deductions apply to all credit received into current and savings accounts in respect to electronic transfer and teller deposits of N10, 000 and above. The money is remitted to the Central Bank of Nigeria.

Brand Spur Nigeria learnt that Access Bank Nigeria has also promised to revert deductions made between Saturday and Sunday back to customers.

According to a statement made on Sunday, the bank said it recognized that it is a tough period for customers.

Reacting to customers’ reactions over the usual deductions, Access Bank said:-
“We have considered your feedback and have decided to pay the stamp duty on our customers’ behalf for the affected period only,”.

“This means that individuals and SMEs who were debited for the accumulated stamp duty charge for February to April 2020 will be refunded.”

In an earlier statement, the bank had notified customers that it did not deduct stamp duty charges on transactions that occurred between February 1, 2020, and April 30, 2020.

Romance / How To Make Love: A Beginner’s Guide To A Wonderful Sexual Experience by ChineduBato: 6:58am On Jun 01, 2020
You’re probably researching how to have sex because you are finally ready to get it on. As a beginner, the thought of doing it for the first time can be a bit overwhelming

Not to worry, you can still have a great first-time experience if you arm yourself with the things you need to know before you have sex.

Step by step guide to follow if you want to know how to have sex

1. Be sure this is what you really want

The first step towards having a great sexual experience is making sure you are really ready for it. This includes making a deliberate decision to do it and making peace with whatever comes out of the experience. This sense of readiness will help you follow the rest of the guideline quite easily.

2. Your potential sexual partner must also want to have sex

Consent is important. The person you want to have sex with must also share your enthusiasm. They shouldn’t be hesitant or need too much convincing. If they say no, then you need to find someone else. Things will not end well if you go ahead and have sex with someone who isn’t very willing.

3: Consider Protection

You might need to consider using protection if you are not ready to have children. Additionally, there’s a risk of catching STDs when you have unprotected sex. Talk it over with your partner and settle on the best form of contraception for you.

4. Choose where you want to do it

This is your first time, so you’ll want to make sure you can look back at this experience fondly. Pick a place that will help set the mood. You can book a hotel room or set up your house as the perfect place. Things to consider when it comes to how to have sexfor the first time are the lighting in the room, the firmness or softness of the bed, and the general vibe of your chosen location.

5. Start with a kiss

Nothing sets a person’s engine revving as much as a great kiss. Lean in gently and capture your partner’s lips in yours. Be careful not to come on too strong, as that can be a turn-off. The kiss will set the stage for everything else that follows.

6. pre-intimacy, lots of pre-intimacy

pre-intimacy is the natural next step. You shouldn’t ever rush to penetration and thrusting because great sex includes lots of pre-intimacy. Start by taking off each other’s clothes. Kiss and caress erogenous zones by kissing behind the ears, sucking on nipples (for both sexes!) and engaging in a prolonged kiss. If you are into MouthAction, then include it as part of your pre-intimacy.

Touching and kissing works for both men and women, so don’t be shy.

7. The entrance

You will know when it is time for penetration. This part of sex is the most well-known, and people who don’t take the time to learn how to have sexmight end up believing it is the only step. Don’t cheat yourself out of pleasure by jumping straight to penetration.

To minimize the pain of having sex for the first time, the woman can help guide the man into her vagina.

8. The thrusts

After getting in, thrusting should come naturally. The man should follow the woman’s lead and adjust to her comfort level. This means making sure she is comfortable with the speed and the depth of the thrusts.

This is a great time to communicate. Tell each other what feels good and what doesn’t.

9. Ride out the climax

Orgasms are powerful and very pleasurable. Both of you can relax and let the feeling wash over you. Once your bodies have cooled in the aftermath, you can just cuddle and doze off together.

Learning how to have sexis important if you want to get it right for the first time. Relax, think about it, and implement everything you have learned in this article.

Hi Guys!!
How is your weekend going?

Have you ever experienced this scenario where you’re about to have sex with a lady and she will stop you to ask this question click here to see the question

Only God knows why ladies ask this question tho because at that point do they expect a man to say something else other than what they want to hear?

Sex means a lot to some women to the extent that they just want to be sure they are doing it with someone who loves them for real.

But then, what is love to a man who is already in a critical Konjition?

Guys, picture this scenario

Politics / Why Churches Should Remain Closed – CAN by ChineduBato: 8:02am On May 23, 2020
The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) has explained why churches should remain closed despite mounting pressure in many quarters for their re-opening.
The Nation reports churches and other religious centres were closed by the Federal Government to contain the spread of COVID-19.

But there had been pressures from many church leaders and members for the reopening of churches.

General Overseer of The Living Faith Ministries Worldwide otherwise known as Winners Chapel, Bishop David Oyedepo, had fired the first salvo, saying the continuous closure of churches when markets and other public institutions were reopened was suspicious.

Founder of Christ Embassy, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, also backed him, saying there was a calculated attempt to weaken the growth of the church in Nigeria.

But, in an official statement, he personally signed on Friday, CAN President, Rev Supo Ayokunle, said it was not yet time for churches to reopen.

According to him, the relaxation of lockdown had seen the country witness more coronavirus infection.

Ayokunle said:

“The above relaxation has on the other hand increased the pressure mounted on us, church leaders, from our members for the churches and other places of worship to be opened.

“Champions for the reopening of worship centres argue that if people had contracted the virus in the markets and other places, closing the church from worshipping becomes unreasonable!

“It is like using medicine after death! Furthermore, the church is more organised and a place of healing.”

Despite these, the CAN President urge “all churches to remain closed because the daily increasing infected people in Nigeria is dangerous for the survival of us all.”

He called for caution among churches for reopening, saying “the church needs to exercise restrain at this time so that we might not naively and overzealously plunge our members into regrettable destruction and sorrow.”

Politics / Trump Calls On Churches To ‘open Right Now’ by ChineduBato: 9:03pm On May 22, 2020
At a White House press briefing, US President Donald Trump called on places of worship to “open right now” and said he had deemed them “essential”.

“In America we need more prayer not less,” he said, criticising state governors who have allowed liquor stores and abortion clinics to remain open.

It comes as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) issue guidelines for how churches should reopen.

The CDC’s 60-page guidelines for businesses, schools mass transit systems and other institutions to reopen – released earlier this month – made no mention of houses of worship.

According to the Washington Post, the initial lack of guidance was due to social conservatives close to Vice-President Mike Pence, who objected to the propriety of the government telling religious leaders what to do.

Jobs/Vacancies / Coronavirus Is Going To Be With Us For Little Longer – President Buhari Governme by ChineduBato: 10:36am On May 20, 2020
The Presidential Taskforce on COVID-19 has warned that coronavirus won’t be over anytime soon.
Dr. Aliyu Sani, the National Coordinator of the committee, said the pandemic would remain in Nigeria a little longer.

Sani issued the warning during the daily briefing of the taskforce on Tuesday in Abuja.

He also urged state governments to draw up guidelines on how to deal with the spread of the virus.

According to Sani, the federal government can’t be solely responsible for tackling the spread of COVID-19.

He charged state governments to start “taking ownership” in the fight.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uWgkyzVq69U

Sani said:

“We are encouraging states to come up with their own state-specific initiatives. This pandemic is going to be with us for a little longer.

“It cannot continue to be driven primarily from the federal level.

“We have to ensure that state governments start taking ownership. Our responsibility is to provide guidance to the states and make sure that those decisions that we have taken at the federal level are being implemented in one way or the other by the state governments.”
