This more than 20 hours is for only Health and Care Worker visa under T2..... so not applicable to all Tier 2

If you fall under Health and Care Worker category then ok for more than 20 hours till August. I suspect they are piloting something

Thank you for the clarification.

Regarding the piloting, whats on your mind?

Hello Seniors i need opinion on this.

for someone that is on T2 and wants to take addition job say agency shift on same occupation code.

The guideline regarding that on the gov web is confusing. i need someone to help me look at it.

one link says not more than 20hrs a week https://www.gov.uk/skilled-worker-visa/second-job

another link say you can take more than 20hrs until August https://www.gov.uk/health-care-worker-visa/taking-a-second-job

Any idea why?

I will also advise reporting it officially by mail to the letting agent to come and investigate. Most wouldn't come and inspect and this will help you get your deposit back incase of any dispute based on moulds.

I once helped a family get their deposit back because the adjudicator stated the agent should have conducted professional checks when it was reported before concluding that it was the tenants lifestyle that caused the house to be super mouldy. The official mails showing this line of communication saved the day.

Thank You.

I am in direct contact with landlord, i got permission to repaint one side of the wall affect. I just spent a little, but i think its a little sacrifice. the painter also mention that the pattern of moulds shows the roof of the house is leaky. ive informed landlord to investigate that. she thanked me.

after 3 weeks ill restart convrsation about the deposit

You should have been airing your house daily. Opening the windows for 30mins per day is ideal. It is not even healthy to be living with mould in the house

Also, there are loads of mould spray out there that kills mould. This would keep mould away for few months. Maybe you should try if the spray will work.

Thank you so Much.

I got this. It works like magic

I am grateful

Hello.

It's Urgent

I am leaving my apartment and my landlord is refusing to give me the Last year Deposit because moulds grew in the house. The house is quite old and susceptible to moulds. I tried to clean but at a time, the mould overtook everywhere.

The Landlord is arguing that I should have ventilated the house enough. I should open my window so that cold will kill me?

She's arguing I should repaint. I had someone take a quotation and they charged 800£.

Please I need advice.

not permited to earn interest as in religious affiliation or what?

oh wait.

is there visa types that do not permit one to earn interest?

make una lecture me as the novice wey i be

I'm not keen on interest rates as I'm not permitted to earn interest.

Moneybox ohhh
Haagreaves ohhh
All will give you interest.

If you are truly not permitted to earn interest, and you really wish to live by that, here is a siMple solution:
Go to Poundland, buy a piggybank (it costs £1).
Then be saving your money in there. Keep the piggybank safely under your bed.
No interest will accrue.

yes it works

Preshyi:

It was discussed that for quick return of BRP and provisional license,

1. Disregard or discard or shred the pre-addressed envelope sent with your form

2. Address your post to

FAO Lee Jones
Head of Vehicle input services
DVLA
Longview Rd
Swansea
SA6 7JL

3. Watch your BRP and PDL come back swiftly

Tried and trusted; still works

My wife wanted to buy iPhone 11 from Facebook market place but was scammed. The person blocked her after sending £450. The prior arrangement was to get it delivered. Going forward is pick-up and pay.

I'm chatting the person as a buying, and he/she is wanting to sell the same phone for me.

The recipient's bank is Modulr FS Ltd. I don't even know what kind of bank that is.

thanks so much

Lexusgs430:

The implication is, your bank withdraws their services and shuts your account down.........

They would start by blocking your account, conduct their own investigations, if nothing suspicions is picked up. They could release or shut account down.....

But you know, they now have their eye's on you ........ cheesy

Hello Guys.

I am on Tier 2 skilled worker. Some time ago I decided to help some of my friends make payments for Visa, some for school registrations etc. As time went by they referred mutual up to a point that I help make average of 6 transactions a week. St this rate I may pass the limit for transactions that I set while opening my UK bank. Even, some of the Official Websites have started rejecting my card. I get the money from them in naira, send to peers that need pounds and then assist with the payment.

I want to know, is there any implication to this as it relates to my credit points and in the future applying for ILR as I hope to maintain a clean slate. Thanks
