Good afternoon everyone, please I need your guidance. I sent a package containing documents through EMS in post office last week Friday 21st October. It was sent from Abuja and to be delivered in a higher institution in Delta state. The staff I met gave me a receipt containing a tracking number; but I'm unable to track it online. There is no data about my package anywhere on the website. Please what do I do? How do I know when my package has been delivered and who signed and collected it?
