The lifeless body of a young lady was on Sunday morning, found dumped at Rayfield Resort in Jos metropolis, according to eyewitnesses.

The deceased who was later identified as Francisca Choji, was said to reside with her family around Kabong in the Gada Biyu axis of Jos and had left her home on Saturday for an unknown destination before her corpse was discovered

Going by eyewitnesses account, the lady who was between 23 and 25 years of age, left home and never came back alive.

In January, a 20-year-old man, Moses Oko was arrested by the police for allegedly killing a 300-level student of the University of Jos, Jennifer Anthony.

The lifeless body of Jennifer who had earlier been declared missing by friends and family, was found at a hotel along Zaria Road on New Year’s Day with some of her body parts including her eyes and tongue missing.

i am from benue and i live here. this is completely unfair to ridicle an entire people like this. this is completely not true. just like other cultures had bad traditions many years ago (like d killing of twins)... many years ago, a benue man could have well over 10 wives to himself, wen he had a beloved/treasured visitor, he would give one of his wives to u (to go with). she becomes ur wife, not how most ignorant people here are viewing it. This practice has since gone extinct as most benue people have one wife and live d normal 21st century way...
