I think you need a screening for a viral STI just to rule out any case link to Herpes-1,syphilis and then AIDs since you have tried on using antibiotics and antifungal, and it is not improving. Perhaps, it may just mean that the drugs weren't sensitive enough.
If I were you I would run swabs both for bacterial and viral and then run a differentials for my white blood cell count to know which of them going up above normal.

It's been days we chatted, I expected that:
1) you have seen a doctor on it that could have given differentials or diagnosis to it. Am I right?
2)you could have sought medications for this, perhaps this could have either caused the condition to improve or worsen? Which of them?

Let's start from where I stopped...
1. Have you observed same form of rashes on your any of (numerous) sex partners?

2. Before the rashes came about did you observe any sore or sorelike growth on your penis, your genital and anal zone.

3. Though these rashes are cluster, do they appear soft and fingerlike?

4. Since some days have gone between now and the previous days we talked, what can you observed about the rashes?

5. Apart from this rashes, do you experience other symptoms elsewhere in the body?

* I have not gone to the hospital to see a doctor in person. I only went to the pharmacist to get some medications when I noticed it, I met a pharmacist who examined it and prescribed t.a.v.a.n.i.c 500mg for 7days and l.a.m.i.s.i.l creem but there was no improvement after using them.

Answers to the questions;

1. None that I have observed.... I'm having with 2 partners, frequently with one and once in 4months with other.

2. Yes, on my penis only... around the c.a.p

3. Soft, almost like my skin... if you dont look well, you might not even see them

4. Well While waiting for your reply for some days now, I have been using d.o.x.y.c.l.i.n.e capsule, though I it's not spreading anymore for now but I can't observe any significant improvement.

5. Yes, kind of... I do have a smooth kind of face but for some time now I noticed some kind of mild rashes too and at the my back but mild... you can't see it like that only if you feel it and or very close to me.
