Travel / Re: USA Visit Visa Part 4 by Confirmeroptima(f): 4:47pm On Dec 15, 2022 |
Good afternoon all, Can anyone help with this questions please? I qualify for the dropbox interview waiver on the 48months notice, I just made the visa fee payment yesterday but during the booking process on the website, it is asking for expiration within the past 24 months. Why hasn’t that been updated? Has anybody gotten this kind of message. Kindly help. Thank you 1 Like |

livchi: For the dropbox. You only need the following 1. Passport with the last/current issued visa.(if passport has expired you need to go with new passport) 2. Passport Photograph 3. Dropbox letter 4. GTBank payment receipt 5. Printed DSform 160 confirmation page @DHL wont receive receive any other documents. However, for interview pls take all supporting documents. There is no thing as over documents. Its better to be over than under. Best of luck 2 Likes |

livchi: You will need to apply for dropbox alone provided your wifey has not been issued US Visa before, she would need to attend an interview. |

Please I have the same question but a bit of expanded. Am told that the 10 findger started in 2010. Does it mean that all persons who got visa after then need to answer yes in ds 160 form? And also, am i to write a letter before I submit my passport at DHL? Thanks quote author=seyewest post=52676145] it means if your finger print has been taken[/quote] |

Dear House, Oakbend has reduced the reviewed prices. I was at the hospital on Tuesday and I got a copy of the downward review from the initial upward review which was to take effect from March 1. I can categorically inform the house that the reduced reviewed prices are; VD, 2500 (an increase of $200 as against the previous upward $3500) The price pre review was 2300 CS, 3700 (also an increase $200) On transportation I think Uber is about the cheapest when compare to yellow cab and private cabs. You can negotiate with the private cabs with uber price Regards 13 Likes |

I got to know of the unavailability of what they called long form sheet for the production of bc here in fort bend county. So i took the short form bc which only contains my LO full name, DH full name and my full names also containing her birth date and place of birth but i learnt the long form sheet contains all info on the short form and info on doctor that delivered hospital used and afew other info. I was apprehensive before but i applied for passport with the short form and i had picked up already. If Fort bend county is out of short form papers there is no need for travelling far, you may need to go the state health centre in downtown houston and apply with $23 they will give you the short form and you can submit at passport office. But naija i hail us, we ran the papers out of circulation although mexicans follow join sha neks31: 2 Likes |

Goodmorning House, I just woke up and I want to say a happy Sunday to everyone. And a thank you for the positive comments I got this morning especially to calm down I have been disturbing my husband for putting us on a spot. It was my husband that said that we should go and not be afriad since he had gone before, this forum is very educative and I thank all the contributors for sparing time and sharing experience. Sometime we sleep on goldmine unknowing to us, I got to know this platform here in America when I asked for Taxi. I wasnt pregnant when I got my Visa, I got Visa in february and took in May last year. I will keep all my receipts, already the clinic gave me a zero balance when I paid but they said they will give me another one when my child arrives and there are no complications. Am told the hospital will do same. Am so grateful. Have a beautiful weekend everyone. bbaby84: 5 Likes |

I have paid the hospital bill already and the doctor bill already. I didnt know of this trend until I was introduced to a Nigerian taxi cab man-Chris-by a friend's sister who also told me about nairaland paltform's on delivery in the US. I must say that the driver has been good, affordable and very warm. Is it a fraudulent thing to come in wthout declaring. Am getting scared with different comments. Am not fraudulent and am not going to run away, I just want a good medical attention and other associated other benefits. Am prepared to pay my bills. I only need clarifications and possible intervention after reading loads of messages on this platform I became concerned and worried about many people travelling with declaration at the point of entry. Pls what should i do exactly. bbaby84: |

Thank you so much for the prompt response. Just joined this platform; a friend refer me and its been really eye opening and educative. The Lord bless the contributors and the administrators. Yes, the lady asked. I was here with my husband and he was the one answering the questions The lady asked: Why are you here Husband: For Vacation The Lady: How much do you have? Husband: $9,500 The Lady: How long are you staying? Husband: Four weeks( thats actually the time we booked) The lady: Are you here with any meat, peper? Husband: No(we didnt travel with any) The lady:Are you sure? Husband: Yes The lady: when last were you here? Husband: Last Year The lady: Place your hands on the scanner We were both given 6months. It was husband idea that I rode on, guess it worked until i started reading from this platform that we did take a huge risk. We have gotten hospital before we left (someone introduced Oakbend and thats where we are using). I need to know if you could help o are there implications like when returning with my baby. My Visa was gotten almost a year ago before conception and its B1/B2 together with my husband. I must say comments here are very frightening. Please we are not fraudulents. Thanks again firsttymum firsttymum: |
