Politics / Re: "Nigeria Reaping The Benefits Of Reform" - Ministry Of Information by COP419(m): 11:02am On Feb 26
MikoB:
Great, every economy reform all over the world always come with some inconveniences and after sometimes the positive impacts will be noticed, but the only fear I have with nigerias' own is that the gains from the inconveniences might might by misused and embezzled by the same people that brought the reforms.
Anyway, let us all give Tinubu a little more time, he might surprise all of us,because these reforms are the only way to go, if you desire better infrastructure and development.

I totally agree some reforms do come with inconveniences but this same Tinubu, Buhari, Falana, Soyinka and co marched out to the streets in 2012 when President Jonathan wanted to remove this same subsidy. That’s way before the chaos that’s affecting the world at the moment. The stress would have been alot easier at the time don’t you think?

GreatrAnalyst:
They have right to protest, anyone thinking otherwise is high.

Let's all be pretending as if Nigeria is okay, is it until people start dropping dead?
Many already are gone on health ground, Inability to manage their health - medicine is now good, and so on.

When a new government drops the bar and makes Buhari a better President, we should all pretend that all is well?

For everyone who can eat 3 square meals, 100 and more can't, just because it is Emilokan, while snatching power and runing with it.

AntiWailer:

Nobody spoke about criticism

I made two very clear example

Laughter on Quatar investment forum

Praying military takes over

Neither of this two is criticism
Tinubu was busy mocking and joking during campaigns saying “weda na statistics we go chop” or something like that. Here’s his end result. Let’s just hope things get good
Politics / Re: Subsidy: Tinubu Reaping The Consequences Of His Hasty Decisions - Babachir Lawal by COP419(m): 7:43am On Feb 26
bachir Lawal, former secretary to the government of the federation (SGF), says the removal of the petrol subsidy by President Bola Tinubu was done out of “sheer arrogance”.

Arrogance it is.
In 2012 before all these chaos in the world today when President Jonathan had the foresight to remove this same subsidy, TINUBU, BUHARI, SOYINKA, FALANA and co marched on the streets of Lagos in protest .
Politics / Re: Ondo Election: Official INEC Result Updates In 17 Local Governments - Vanguard by COP419(m): 7:29am On Feb 26
sinero:
Oga u r blaming PMB for mismanaging $36B which was spent majorly on bailing out governors after ur PDP government left them with no choice than to owe their workers several months of salary.

The same PDP government that had the foresight to remove fuel subsidy in 2012 and you principals marched on the streets of lagos protesting.
Politics / Re: Frank Nweke: Celebrating Leaked "Disrespectful" Qatar Memo Is Wrong by COP419(m): 7:18am On Feb 26
It’s not like that. In 2012 When Tinubu, Buhari, Soyinka, Falana and co. marched on the the streets of lagos against this same fuel subsidy removal i’d want to believe they did that because not because they want to run the country aground but for love of county. Criticism doesn’t equate to praying for doom.

AntiWailer:
They should.

The worst part of those wishing the country goes under the water is that they don’t even av an international passport not to talk of hope of going any where.

I see some M0r0ns praying for army to take over as if once army take over they will hand over to PO such eediots.

You can hate Buhari , hate Tinubu love PO but once u hate ur country u can’t prosper in it.

Just carry ur bag and go and labour in Libya.

“The Bible says pray for the peace of Jerusalem, they shall prosper that love thee”

May be the reason for ur wretched state of life is because u dey wish doom where u dey hustle. You cnt prosper even if Obama takes over.

U are praying Nigeria goes under the water because ur candidate Atiku who lives in Dubai till election is close did not win. Bunch of “useful eediots”

I perfectly understand this your line of thought. Some people would want him to fail even if it means they experience hardship. On another line of tought, it doesn’t mean you should keep bad perishables just to perceive how it smells.

brain54:
It's a pity...

Alot of people do not see past their nose just because they feel they have a grugde to settle with Tinubu.

Many want to see Tinubu fail at all cost even if it means causing them discomfort, disrespect, harm or hunger. Some don't mind if their short nose is cut off. They just don't care as long as he fails.

These are acts of sabotage. Yes... Nigerians sabotaging Nigeria because of grugde.

If Nigeria works... It's Nigerians who will benefit!
