Politics / Re: CCT: Court Orders Saraki's Arrest by Cuckoo48: 3:15pm On Sep 18, 2015
manny4life:
This are honest questions:

1. Does the Nigerian Constitution grant powers to a justice to issue a bench warrant against an elected official?

2. The Supreme Court is the highest court, and, I may be wrong but I thought they resolved the issues bordering on immunity clause?

Please no insults, just need clarification on how Nigerian laws work.

Saraki has no immunity from prosecution and arrest. Only the president and governors have immunity.

The fear of Mr. jimi Agbaje, is the beginning of wisdom to both Tinubu and co.

Continue to deceive yasef.
Jimi sef knows no way for him.
That's y he no dey bother to campaign.
All this LASAA noise na to explain his coming defeat before hand.
Bode George don sell Lagos PDP to Tinubu as usual.

He is simply giving LASAA the public opportunity to redress itself before escalating the matter by showing proof.
That is how civilised people behave unlike TOUTS and area boys' Asiwajus shocked

One month to election, he dey play gentleman with LASAA abi?
If he has proof, there is no time to waste, go to court at once.
He is just giving excuses for his lackluster campaigning.
KORO would have done run a better, tighter campaign.
First he complained about posters, now it's billboards.
I wonder what he will complain about next?

If this Agbaje man did not prepare for election, he should go and rest.
First he complained about posters, now it is billboard.
Come to Ikoyi, Ibrahim Obanikoro has taken over every available space with his imposing posters.
As they are being removed, he is putting up more.
The largest billboard I have seen this election season is in Victoria Island and it is being used by a PDP candidate, same Ibrahim Obanikoro.
Jimmy Agbaje should just admit he has no money to run for election.
When serious people were buying advert space, he was busy conspiring with Bode George to rig the primaries.
He is just looking for excuses to explain away his lazy lackluster campaign.

Like or hate Tinubu, the man can abuse eh,
And he dey abuse person with their own truth.

"Agbaje cannot take care of himself"...... Chei!
And na true o.
I hear say Agbaje ran down the pharmacy his father left for him,
And even his JayKay pharmacy never grow for 25 years.
See Agbaje campaign sef...very dull and drab like he was not prepared or is unserious to campaign.

Koro would have done far better sef!
Oh well, PDP don miss this bus!!!!

Him dey report us to Daddy abi?

This ode man sef!
Removing opposition posters na job of local agberos so politicians go settle dem.
Jimi no wan settle, e dey there dey complain and whine.
If he did not save money to run a campaign, y did he come out.
Elections are expensive.

Don't know if anyone here remembers a bit about the governorship tenure of Sir Otedola? Nice man but totally hopeless as in governance. Everybody including the press were so frustrated they started calling him BABA GO SLOW. When he left government, Lagosians across party lines jubilated, such was the relief.
JIMI AGBAJE reminds me of SIR MICHAEL BABA GO SLOW OTEDOLA.

Hhmm! Well well. uve got a point! Ambode could also be worse u know

Ambode could be worse than who tho?

Jimi appears to be hiding something. We just don't know anything about the guy. He appears kinda laid back, even his campaign has been somewhat lazy.

Even his business has not been that successful, only one branch in 25 yrs with a handful of employees.

He just appears comfortable sitting back and allowing others to do his work for him, like Bode George and Ogunlewe did for his primaries.

So makes me think that Bode George will be the de facto governor if Jimi wins.

Ambode is more energetic and is actually out there canvassing for votes while Jimi dey sleep.

Ambode gets my vote as at now.

Lol. Dis got me thinking aint we tired of Tinubu Bossing Lagos with his loyalist? Agbaje is someone I believe that got good intentions

Many also believed Goodluck had so called "good intentions" in 2011, and see us now. Truth is nobody knows much about Jimi apart from "he seems like a nice guy" and he speaks good English. We never even hear one plan he has for Lagos. And besides that his Bode George godfather go worse pass Tinubu sef.
