Beautyaddy: I don't mind at all. the exam is to obtain a certificate of qualification to be able to write the Canadian Bar exams (NCA). you can only write in 3 locations outside Canada (USA, South Africa and the UK). Since i already have a US B1/B2.. seems my viable option is writing it in the US |

seyewest: Hello seye, seems you have some experience in this field. So this is my second renewal and i think my first reason (for the B1/B2) was visit/tourism. This time i need to go write an exam that is not written here in Nigeria. |

mrprolifik: I think the reason was for tourism. this is my second renewal so i am thinking its possible for reasons for travel to change. Also, since it is a B1/B2 visa, writing an exam (which falls on a B1 visa) should not be a problem. |

Hello everyone, would it be counted as a violation if on a B1/B2 visa i write an an examination even as i had a B2 stamped on my passport at the point of entry at my last visit to the USA. |
