Don't use Travelstart, terrible Customer service. I have been processing a refund with Travelstart for months now and they are yet to pay up. When I sent a mail to start the process in January, 2016; I was told it would take 6-8 weeks to process. I was given the value of my refund and I went ahead with the refund application. After many emails they finally confirmed in March the refund has been processed with the airline and I should forward my account details to them, which I did immediately. I didn't hear from them again and the money wasn't transferred to me; I called customer service. One of them asked me if I knew the value of the refund, I said yes but asked anyway. The figures he gave me was significantly different from what I was told at the beginning, about 150,000 naira less than what I was told at the beginning of the process. I told him it doesn't make sense and should check the email they sent to me, he told me they would call me back. I waited several days, still no word from them; I called again and was assured that they would call back . Its the 5th month now , I have sent several mails, even to the South African branch asking for an update and they haven't replied. I have tried calling the customer care but I either get a busy response or it just disconnects. |

Also, the academic recommender I want to use is a family friend who is a professor in DELSU or must it be my principal/teachers from y secondary school. Thank you |

1. Please I have both a government job and a boutique. Last time I applied for us visa b1/b2 category, I was rejected. reason was that I wasn't qualified for the type of visa I was applying for. I used my business as the source of income,I want to apply again and want to use my government work instead. Please is that wise to change it or would it cause problems? 2. Also,in my first application, that was rejected, I put in single instead of married because I hadn't changed my name on my passport (but I have been married for about a year before the first application), can I change it to married now so they can see I want to come back to this country? Thanks |
