Hello everyone... I know someone mentioned it before, but I have not been able to login to my IRCC account after doing this 2-factor authentication. It just says "site cannot be reached" or the familiar "you are not logged in" message. Please, can anyone help with suggestions?

Hello,

I just received a form IMM0535 (Medical surveillance undertaking) with no further instructions.

Also, on the same form, a wrong address was stated. How can i get this rectified?

Congratulations on your wedding

Please what step did you take in adding your spouse? And has it been acknowledged. Thsnks

I'm post AOR and I need to pick a date for my court wedding.

Thank you.

I sent over several forms and documents to support my change in marital status. Sent over to them but they are yet to respond (this usually takes a while)

Please i need help.

I received the passport request letter on aug 7th, i have 30days to send my documents (which is 5th of September).
However, i am getting married on 8th of sept.

I have sent webforms to IRCC but i still haven’t received any response.

What can i do?
1. Should i send my travel documents to IRCC?
2. Should i wait till they respond to my webform?

I am really confused. Please help

I notified IRCC on January 26 and received the response to upload relevant documents for spouse on March 5.

That's my experience. Yours could be different

Thank you. I received the passport request letter and i was asked to respond in 30 days but i am scheduled to be married just few days after the the 30days elapses. So i sent the webform to explain that.

What forms and documents did you fill for your spouse?

Hello everyone,

I just informed IRCC via a webform that i would be getting married. How long do you think it takes them to get back?

Its not as easy as picking an option for you. It depends on many more factors. I was in a similar situation as well but my fiancee & I applied separately as two single applicants. But this option is only viable if both parties have a profile that can independently qualify for express entry.
Informing IRCC about your intention to get married won't change much as I am not sure they have a law that takes care of applicants with intention to get married. You can apply together as common law partners before marriage.

Once you submit an application for permanent residence as a single applicant, you may need to consider waiting for the application to be processed before sponsoring your wife. You can add your partner along the way after you get married and get the marriage certificate but sometimes they don't respond till after your application is approved. And when that happens you'll need to wait for them to re-issue another COPR which takes time. In the case of my friend he waited 11 months but I guess covid made his own case lengthier.

Thank you

Hello all,

Please i have something bothering me about my PR application

I currently have a PR application

I am looking to get married before the end of the year but then i am thinking,
1. Should get my PR, go to canada and come back to marry then wait for another 6months for my partner to get the visa to come join me in canada
Or
2. Should I inform IRCC that i want to get married
2.1 if yes, when should i inform them (Before receiving my Passport request or After ??)
2.2 if i inform them, how soon would i need to get married after informing them?
2.3 what documents would i need to submit to add my partner to the PR application
2.4 How long do you think it would take for IRCC to process our visas?
