I'm getting a BB Storm 9700 cos it's 3G, and I want to use it primarily to connect my laptop to the internet.

1. Which BB -supporting Nigerian network has the fastest and most reliable internet connection in Lagos?

2. Internet aside, which network is the best value overall (cost, realiability, features, service, etc.)
