Looking @ dis from a neutral point of view, a bomb blast on INEC could only have been planned to frustrate the election so as to prevent a change of power from the incumbent govt. to any new one. we all know the implications if elections r cancelled or postponed and the beneficiaries of such a scenario to understand who is behind it.
