whats the best way to correct a differential settlement in a raft bed+german floor? the difference is about 150mm on a building length of about 25m. the building width is 11m.

Is screeding alone sufficient?
should another pillar be introduced at the weaker end?

How much wood? How much aluminium?

I am willing to try my luck in the Lagos real estate and have recently acquired a standard plot (700sq.m). I know there are a lot of experienced pple here 'cosI hv read many comments.

I will like to construct a twin duplex of 4 bedroom+1 BQ each with good finishes, in the ajah area and would like to have some cost estimates from experienced hands and owners of such properties. I know the foundation is a raft type.

Drawings are available. I just want to compare figures 'cos I have a BOQ of 13.5M. Is this impossible or its feasible?
