It depends on organisation but it can take between 2 weeks to 3 months mine took 1 month I have seen on this thread while waiting for mine people who's COS took up to 3 moths. It all depends on how fast home office are able to verify your recruitment process with the organisation applying for the COS on your behalf.

Option 1: Can the spouse start working immediately with his SOWP if they choose travel to Canada this month of September 2022?

Option 2: Can only the spouse travel this month of September 2022 and start working immediately with his SOWP while the wife (student) will join the spouse in January to start her study?

My application is been delayed for seven months. The program is 8 months duration. Now, I am considering starting the online class, believing the ppr process will be sorted out before the program runs out.
My concerns:
1. what will happen if by May 2023 I am not physical present in school? (Based on every possible reason one can think of).

2. How will this affect my pgwp?

3. If after the first term/semester, which will be in January 2023, I observe ppr is not as planned (God forbids though), what will be advised on the way forward? Will it be possible to put the program on hold after the first term/semester?.

Please, I need help in order to make a decision.

1. Application will be six months by next. I have ordered for GCMS notes which made a report up till 19th July. Eligibility there was "recommend passed". I have sent several mails and Webform in which two responses came, and was given the covid bul*shit story.

2. I deferred admission to September from May. Now, I am thinking of further deferrement due to the closeness of resumption (Sept. 7).

3. I contacted the school agent and was advised to do remote class.

4. Even though my programme is 8 months, does this makes any sense? I mean with respect to getting settled in the maple land.

5. What if I finish the online without visa approval. What positive will I have from this? I am not been pessimistic here but realistic.

Please send mail to IRCC and IOM again as advised. Also ask IOm to send you a copy of your medical report. I am sure they will tell you if it has been submitted to IRCC or not

Keep mailing ircc especially Nairobi office. Also raise a webform and submit medical sheet. You can as well order for gcms to know where your application is currently at. My opinion though, gurus here might have a better answer.

The issue is that the Medical has not been updated since May 5. Mail has been sent to IOM and Ircc but no response yet.

Secondly, there is not update on the portal Ie No eligibility and the likes. The only information is that the application is been processed.
