Properties / Re: Buying Land From Omonile Or Estate Company, Which Is Better In The Long Run? by damiwiol: 6:36am On Jul 02, 2017
My recent experience with one of the so called estate companies Adron Home and Property proves that they are real scammers. My land was purchased and paid in full in 2013 and till now I have not been given my physical land. A lot of hidden charges and you are treated like a beggar.
I am currently being made to beg for my land even after making full payments. If you buy land from Omo Onile no matter the situation you will get your land immediately even start building on it without all the issues.
As if that is not enough Adron is asking for the following ridiculous items before I can get my land
1. Builders profile
2. Certificate of incorporation of the building contractor
3. COREN certificate
4. CORBORN certificate
The government should quickly look into the activities of this estate companies, they are just ripping us off all in the name of selling lands
The true cost of the land is not the advertised amount you will shocked to know that the true cost of the land is almost four times the advertised cost. Omo Onile is better by far.

Crime / Re: "Why I Hacked My Lawyer Father To Death" – Student by damiwiol: 6:49am On Jul 10, 2014
They should ask his mother very well where she brought his pregnancy from. It is only a bastard that can kill his so called father in this manner. A lot of our young boys and girls are wasting away because of the use of drugs. Drug is everywhere - Cocaine and crack heroine and all very cheap and common everywhere.
We really need this stupid government to look into the drug distribution network and put an end to the evil menace that has been with us for a very long time.
Our value system has also reduced totally to where the society is filled with hypocrites and very very religious people. The school redeemer university holds this boy the responsibility of reshaping him but that role has been overridden by the quest to make profits that all the private universities in Nigeria have embarked on. Most children that I know toady who attended private universities end up as very great embarrassment to their parents..............just like this one.
May God help us all.

Car Talk / Re: What Exactly Is Wrong With 2001 - 2004 Nissan Pathfinder Models by damiwiol: 9:08am On Jun 29, 2012
I have used my 2002 nissan pathfinder for three years now and i have never experienced any major problem with this jeep apart from servicing the engine and changing the shock absorbers. This car is very durable and reliable. Mine is always on the road and it has never dissapointed me. When i bought mine i changhed the radiator from single cell to four cell radiator at Ladipo - Brand new radiator costs about 18,000 naira. Since that time i have never had any reason to top the water in the radiator because it is always full. I will recommend this car anyday anytime. Good car indeed.
