Okay, so here's the matter.
Being just an 'average young man' for the time being. I have a rich girlfriend who's always willing to give me money, do stuff for me and all. But I refuse her doing these things for me, and I do my best to do for her and get for her what I can, when I can, even though she's more than capable to do or get whatever she wants for herself, and tho I'm not even finacially boyant for the time being.
I think accepting stuff from her is just gonna make me look cheap and downgrading in her eyes. And I love her so much that I just want to give to her, even if I get nothing in return I always want to be on the giving side with her. Besides, even the Bible says 'it is more blessed to give than to receive'.
So my question is, am I doing the right thing or am I hurting the relationship?

God is seen and heard. But does not reveal himself to all, nor does He speak to all.
I mean, take even ur mortal self for example, am sure there are people that you dont show up for and you dont talk to.
He revealed Himself and spoke to Moses (Numbers 12:8 ), but He didn't reveal Himself even to Aaron (who was kinda Moses' right hand man).
He revealed Himself and spoke to Abraham, yet He never spoke to Lot regardless how he followed Abraham.

Now in the Old testament, remember there was no Bible then and it was neither the dispensation of the Holy Ghost, so everything had to be done somewhat direct. God had to send angels quite alot or sometimes show up Himself. Still, no one's ever seen Him. No one. Not even Moses!
That the Bible said that God spoke unto Moses face to face doesn't mean that exactly as you think. Remember these Bible translations were done by men.
In 2 Corinth 3:18 (Message Translation) see whats said concerning that, 'Whenever though they turn to face God as Moses did, God removes the veil and there they are---face to face.'
When you seek God wholeheartedly and the blinding veil of the devil is taken away from your heart, you find Him, He reveals Himself to you, through His Word. Remember the Word of God is God Himself, so understand that when He was speaking to Moses He was also revealing Himself, hence you could say it was a face-to-face conversation.
