Hello E-family, I need your help pls

I graduated with a 3rd class in civil engineering few years ago and have been working in an IT firm since completion of my NYSC. I am now planning to go for a post graduate diploma in Australia ( information technology) having successfully acquired few experience in the field. I have been able to save the researched fees required for the program but have nothing yet for my masters degree. As a matter of fact, I am looking forward to proceed with my masters degree upon completing the graduate diploma. My questions goes thus;

- What are my chances of securing an admission in one of the top aussie institution having finished with a 3rd class degree (B. Tech)


- Is it possible to save the required amount for masters degree during my 1 year stay for the graduate diploma ( the masters cost around 20,000 annually based on my research)


- I was told by an agent I can apply for a graduate certificate in Information technology (6 months program) and further to my masters degree if I have a good grade. How true is that?


- is there any other programme I can apply for instead of graduate diploma (a year) because spending 20,000 on a graduate diploma and searching around for 40,000 for masters degree doesn't look good as far as am concern.

- I want to know if there's any school I can apply to without employing the services of those agents around


Please house, I'll need your help on the above listed issues. I have already enrolled for ielts and will be taking the exam in few weeks.

Hello Bro, welcome to a World of possibilities, for cheap Schs, check with Australian Catholic University(www.acu.edu.au), they have 6 Campuses, Charles Darwin University, NT(www.cdu.edu.au), University of Tasmania, Tasmania(www.utas.edu.au), Edith Cowen University,(www.ecu.edu.au), Grifften University,All are SVP. pls be patient with the last spelling.

The tuition fees ranges from AUS18,000 to AUS24,000 among these Schools, you will pay 50% and OSHC is 1,212 to 1,620 for 18-24months Masters.

Please note that the Schools will normally transfer you to their Agents, it's a normal process. If you ask me, I will advice you focus on CDU, their fees are crazily cheap. And use EFINT Consulting if you are directed. Their service is superb and they don't charge much. Though CDU will ask of bank statement of like 6.5m.

Please don't forget to prepare a CV of any working experience of what you have been doing since 2010(to satisfy GTE, both in your Admission application and Visa application), also start preparing payslips incase of your work exp(6 months payslips) and CVs etc, ACU will not ask of bank statement, UTAS will ask your bank to write telling them that you have enough money to support yourself, Utas agents are handled by GOAJO agency.

There should be a tracking number they gave you when you applied, send them an email stating your conditions and the fact that you need the passport soon. They should reply you in good time. Ensure you quote the tracking number in the email

I applied for a Canadian tourist visa with a friend since March (paper route application), we both submitted the application on the same day, at a different time interval. Howerver, he got a message from them on may 5 to come pick up his document, on getting there he wasnt granted d visa But am yet to hear anything from the embassy regarding my own application as of today, the last information I received was on the day of my submission (late march) and it states my documents has been forwarded to the cic office in Lagos. The application already elapses the 54 days procesing time stated on the cic website and d most annoying thing is I need my passport for an exam identification in few weeks. Is there anyone in the same problem ? Please what should I do? I'm scared to death.
