I'm in this same situation, I paid since Tuesday last week.

Please help me here. I made payment for visa interview at a First Bank branch on Friday. According to Avits, I was supposed to go back after 24 hours to pick a date for my interview. However, every time that I go to their website to put my deposit slip number, I am getting an error message that; "Given payment receipt number doesn't exist". I have already submitted a support ticket. I am not sure when they would respond. Has anyone ever been in this situation before? How did you resolve it or what do you suggest I do? Thanks for your help

I just got my I20 and I'm supposed to resume this August, what do you think about going to maybe Cameroon or Benin Republic to do my visa interview as they are no available appointment dates here in Abuja.

If you go overseas, you better take your family along, especially your parents. This is because nobody here will take you serious when you are overseas and start suggesting interventions when your parents get into health crisis. It happened recently with Dr Malaifa. Nigerian health care professionals who stay back mock them with "sebi it is us who can't go overseas to practice too and abandon our parents? ".
