Touched ground with some other guys from Nigeria (2 guys) some hours ago.

In as much as the SOP and other documents are very important, God's grace and Favour is the Ultimate, my grant was more of God's Favour.

I wish everyone expecting the best. I'll push some of the things I learn along the way to this platform so they we can learn and become better.

Cheers

For Abuja, go to the Airport (International Terminal). Ask any official to direct you to where you can get it. The nurses administering it are on the first floor.

Somebody pls talk about how best to get this in Abuja

Good day Albion05, sorry for the challenge you are currently facing. I pray that the Almighty God will see you through, you have been a source of blessing and inspiration to a lot of us on this platform. You even had the courage to share your findings so as to help future applicants, I can only pray that the Lord God favor you with the best.

Please remain strong, I'll be watching to hear some good news from your side bro

Albion05:
Thanks dear, God bless.
I decided to share my refusal here for advice or input, if any have experienced this in the past.

There are some persons I spoke to that had the same issues, they appeal and their Ban was overturned and some cases Visa re- issued to them.

The reason for my refusal is known now. Yesterday I met our lawyer and after going through all the documents from the bank and all the correspondence, he mentioned were the embassy stated that the applicant submitted the same bank statement of account and reference letter from sponsors bank.
That what the embassy simply wants is a new statement of account starting from another date just to show that the account is genuine, that's all.

But the bank included the previous statement of account issued to my sponsors to refute the claim that the statement of account is genuine and emanated from the bank. In a nutshell, a new statement of account could have averted this which have turned to a big issue.
But the embassy did not requested for new statement of account, if they did, My sponsor could have printed another one and I will upload it, to print statement of account does not take more than 1 minute.

Another laywer said the same thing, that uploading new statement simply put the matter to rest.
An Agent who had exactly the same issue with her applicant said the same thing, just 2 minutes she read my refusal letter and she made that statement, "new statement of account is what they want", but remember the CO did not state such.

Am saying this so that people can learn from my experience.
-Reference letter from the Bank stating the needful,
-Affidavit of facts and
- New statement of account, simple and issue solved.
I submitted the first two only and the bank re- attached the same statement that was submitted to refute the claim of non genuine, but what the bank should have done is to print new one from a new date.

So my lawyer, has written to the bank officially yesterday, directing them to write to embassy in strong term either from their head office or the bank legal department still maintaining that the statement of account issued to their customer is genuine and emanated from the bank and they are writing and appealing on behalf of their customer for his sons visa refusal and Ban be overturned, that at no point did their customer submitted any non genuine account and that personal investigation is welcome to prove their customer submitted genuine statement of account.

An advance copy of this letter was sent to the Bank yesterday, copied the embassy and other relevant body we deemed it necessary.
We deliver the soft copy to the bank this morning and wait to see how the bank we draft the letter they will send to emassy as directed by my lawyer.

For avoidance of doubt, my documents have no issues at all. This is just what happened!...
At least am now at peace with my self for finding out the problem. I want to thank each and every one of you that offered their suggestions, moral support, psychological support and prayers. God bless you.

N/B, the case officer is harsh fellow, the case officer did not write to the bank for confirmation of this account. This has been confirmed. The bank both at the head office or the Branch did not received any correspondence.

@Mafia91, I included those my personal details as you said, thank you all.

@ SantaClause, some of what you just said are assumptions not facts.
-Citizenship did not increased to any 10 years.
Last year it was brought up on the floor of their assemble, members voted it down, so that bill did not go through. If you have the link.... you can post it here.

- Schools does not issue visa at all wether in Australia or any country.
Immigration matter is different from school, even in a situation, the immigration finds out that the school connive with the applicant to short change the country in any way, the school gets purnishment for that. So schools are very careful in what they do.
Your admission process ends with school and immigration department is totally in charge for Visa not the school, if the embassy needs to verify any thing they have means of communication with the school.

I only know about glo and airtel cos those are the lines I use.

I could not use Airtel cos they don't have a plan that covers SA. The countries they cover is very limited, but glo works well.

Thanks, what about 9mobile

Please I'll like to ask if there is any downside to these. Thank you so much

Albion05:
Talk to their head office and get their response.
If nothing fruitful came out of it and you are not satisfied, you can create an immi account, import your application by entering the following personal data of yours for the import of your application: Date of birth, Transaction reference number, family name and your other names, passport number and Nigeria as your country of application origination. Make sure you enter them correctly and within 1 minute you will see your application details and profile steering at you.

Then, click view details, go right at the top of your page and click "RELATED LINKS", then click Add/ Withdraw authorized recipient in other to remove your agent as the person to receive mail/Correspondence on your behalf, then add your own mail, name and address as the corrrespondence to your own application.

Make sure you use alphabet, figures, upper and Lower case letters in setting your password.
If you do this, you have total access to your application. Any time you upload document do not forget to click information provided.

I really feel like mentioning there name but I think it is only fair to give them a little more time to amend there ways. I intend writing an epistles of there poor service when there time is up.

There name, the mails I sent to them concerning my complains and there unprofessional response will be posted on this trend if they don't sit up ( although I feel I have given then enough time already). I believe individuals currently working in the organisation is the main problem cos a friend recommended them from Australia.

What I want right now is a solution and thank to Albion05 and Soopamom for there recommendations

Donnal:
What is the name of the agency?

Travel / Re: General Australian Student Visa Enquiries Part 3 by dapsy11: 12:02pm On Feb 04, 2018
What is MARA pls?

soopamom:

The only way to hijack your application is to get your transaction reference number. It usually comes in the letter sent after youvpay for your application. Is your agent registered? If they are report them to MARA.

Thanks for your response but the agent is not PFL. However I contacted my current agent head office in after discovering there lapses here in Abuja but there Lagos office is the one having this current issues.

Solitin40:

If your Agent is PFL first thing to do is call the Head office in Lagos trust me the staff will regret his or her actions and make sure you tell them that they will have to bear the consequences if anything funny happens to your application

Good morning guys,

A friend referred me to this trend some days ago, I urgently need your advise biko.

I used an agent to apply but they have been very disappointing, been having issues ranging for poor service to delayed updated and uploaded of provided documents. It was like a tog of war before they even uploaded my visa application in December 22.

I requested for the documents that they uploaded for me after going through what most people on this platform attached some days ago and I noticed that My statement of purpose (Sop) was not attached, my sponsors statement of account was not attached too as against what they filled in the application page (see attached pic).

Prior effort to take charge of my application myself after discovering there incompetence have not been fruitful as they keep declining to give me the pass codes to my account

I am confused at this point , I'll appreciate your kind advise please.

Thank you

I done come o....those people just dey form watin I no know. I was for 9am, but left there some minutes to 4....I was part of the second (instead of the first batch)... after we were done with stages 1-3, we were made to wait for the final stage (executive chat) because the execs took a break to hold a "short" meeting that almost took forever. we just had to keep ourselves busy with the only topic that everyone can contribute to; test and interview experiences.
all of a sudden, as it is their nature to, the invisible GHOST01 revealed himself to me. I was shockprised to say the least because he was in my team yesterday and I never knew....
to cut the story short, they returned from the executive meeting over 1hour latter, but had to now go for lunch. Just 2 persons where left to attend to us. It was kind of OK sha..... Interview update later. I dey come make I chop lunch abeg.
shocked What stage are u talking about man?, there were no stages in the per-assessment exercise. I was in the 3rd group. Anyway I think I will wait for you to complete ur lunch so that I can have a full understanding of what you are saying. (Looks like u are talking abt the second assessment, mine is saturday) Enjoy ur meal grin
