LagosNIV:
Your personal, professional, and financial circumstances. Marriage, job, children, purpose of travel.
As a matter of policy we don't comment on specific cases, but unless I interviewed you it is impossible to know what exactly triggered the refusal. It may help to answer the following questions before reapplying: (1) Did I explain my situation accurately? (2) Did the consular officer overlook something? (3) Is there any additional information I can present to establish my residence and strong ties abroad?
If you stated that you are a student, they will not need a letter to prove that you are a student. If you say you are going to visit your uncle, they will not need to see an invitation letter from your uncle. These do not constitute changes in your circumstances, which are usually major life events - this is why we generally don't recommend that someone reapply within 90 days. Sir? I am currently processing my admission into an american university (for spring) but my dad came up with idea of me and my younger sis traveling with him on vacation...neither me nor my sis have travel history but my dad does. He has UNUSED US visa and many shengen visa also one used and one CANCELLED UK visa. Our cases: my dad has his own registered company and can afford d trip. My younger sis will be writing her post-UTME very soon (no intention of studying abroad). I'm working with a pharm coy, I will apply for leave today and hopefully will be granted....I I'm hoping to drop my work for my MSc come january and travel to US. We hope to start d whole registration process on monday next week. WHAT ARE OUR CHANCES! Please house, help on this...advices would suffice on what and what to or not to do! |

The bolded is your opening.
If you are not in the mood, read only the words in bold.
What do you do when a babe you like tells you she doesn't have a bf?
1. You ping her regularly abi? Open a stream of communication with this guy, but don't overdo it 2. Soon she'll stylishly ask about your gf. You will know there is progress when he asks for GPA, GRE and SOP. 3. You will constantly profess your love for her, and talk about spending a future with her. Talk to this guy about his research, his publications, and what future directions he wants his research to go. 4. You will not talk to her about x in the early days, right? Do not ask about money until you guys are in good communication, or until he raises it.
Finally, while I will not advise you to tell several girls you love them, I will suggest you keep lines of communication open with other profs until you have an offer letter in your hand. Anything can happen.
Just to add a bit to what godG said.
Best. Mastermind!!! |

How do you mean 'have a doctor in the US'?
I am not too familiar with the health insurance policies of the United States but I do know that to medical consultations with a doctor incur bills, which are often expensive, and this is where having health insurance comes into play because they medical company pays most of your medical bills on your behalf and you take care of the remaining tiny bit left. In that regard, I think that even to see a personal doctor will still incur bills and you would definitely need health insurance to help out with the bills because the doctor has to feed as well, except the doctor runs medical services pro bono.
Once again, my distant opinion. Bigfrancis and LagosNIV...I dope my cape for u people! I just love people that answers questions in d simplest way possible. Keep the it going sirs...some us are looking up to you. I WAS GONNA QOUTE YOUR EXPLANATION TO LOAN INCUREMENT 1 Like |

Every application is given a fresh review by a new Consular officer when you re-apply, but the details of your specific case aren't likely to change in a short period of time. We don't recommend that you re-apply within 90 days for this reason.
Contrary to what you may have heard or read, there is no single solution to getting a U.S. visa. The best option is to be honest during your interview; it sounds like the circumstances of your case are already changing since your previous applications because you are now married. Sir! I just found time to go through all your post so far...and I must confess, its helping and someday when I shall get my visa, I will say "IT HELPED!"...I must confess, I love your way of explaining and answering each question, also how u attend to insulting questions in overwhelming. God bless the work of your hand sir! More grease to your elbow! |

tzetzefly:
It is possible to get married to a U.S. citizen before an expiration of your visit but in such a situation, USCIS has high suspicions of a sham marriage (a marriage solely to get a GC) , so as an applicant you must be very careful.
You should wait about 60 days to get married after entering on your B1/B2 visa and you should avoid showing that you had a preconceived intent to get married before you entered the U.S. on a visitor visa.
How you prove that fact, is solely your responsibility. Thanks for the reply Boss/Ma'am. I like d answer u gave to dat question. I av a question I would like to ask, but someone that always want to be "legal" would not want to answer...but I will like if u can shed light on it. People that goes to the US on visiting visa and still work there...how do u think they do it? |
