@all, why not give these people a chance to show what they are made for, scratch that, you don't even need to wait that long, have you taken a peek into companies recently. A sizable number of their staff are from private universities. Have you asked yourselves why? Cos they are doing better than their peeps. I'll give a typical scenario, a major auditing firm here recruited about 60 graduates recently and about 1/3 of them are from covenant university. You guys are soo stuck to the status quo that you think getting a first class is soooooo difficult.
