Mechanic just finish working on my engine, the engine is now working perfectly.

When I put gear in reverse, it doesn't move at all except when I leave it for few minutes, then it moves and once the is now warm, after driving some kilometres, it comes back to normal.

What could be the problem, my mechanic says I should change the gear box. Is it repairable?

I still don't understand why backend developers are been paid more than frontend developers even though frontend development is harder than backend development I just don't get it.....

Simply because you don't know all that is involved in back-end...

Most backend guys can handle frontend but how many frontend guys can handle back-end. An expert back-end developer knows frontend and understands what it entails. Why won't they be paid more.

My nissan xterra 02 break wasn't working fine and dragging noise comes whenever break is pressed, I took it to the mechanic and he said it's the caliper, so I changed it.
