Apple Cider Vinegar to the rescue, I had a similar issue for years, meant several Doctors without solution. until I checked youtube and found out about ACV. it work like magic.

application: Buy like a 4Litter ACV. put small water into a bucket and mix with ACV ration 50:50. sock the affected foot into the water for 20 to 30minutes do this minimum twice daily, make sure you wash your foot before doing this. after which use cotton wool to apply raw ACV to the most severe areas gently. repeat this for 2weeks.
