Whenever I try to save secondary school details. It keep telling me"UNABLE TO SAVE RECORD". Very frustrating. Someone should help me out

yeah... what u need is a very smooth network and all it takes is about three to five seconds after u click the save button for it to save properly. keep trying but wait a few seconds in-between trials

As i was reading through this thread, i saw that some guy created a buzz by saying the list is out and training has commenced which is not entirely true.... Rumours like that
Heyofrizzle:

Am sorry sir, can i please ask you.........which of the information is incompetent and immaterial
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Nigerian Army SSC And DSSC 2016/2017 Forum by Davexx(m): 10:43pm On Jul 05, 2016
Pls guys disregard incompetent and immaterial rumours about this enlistment, trust me, this is the military and not secret service, anything happens, we will know and this cant be different from NN and NAF exercise.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Nigerian Army SSC And DSSC 2016/2017 Forum by Davexx(m): 7:36am On Jun 23, 2016
Yes, but not nessesarily a millitary personel
spartoo:

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Nigerian Airforce DSSC 2016 Recruitment Out! by Davexx(m): 8:32am On Jun 17, 2016
Go to ur LGA Secretariat, office of the education secretary, they can help you out with ministry of education FSLC
dharayl:
Pls, what if the school isn't operating anymore
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Nigerian Army SSC And DSSC 2016/2017 Forum by Davexx(m): 8:18am On Jun 17, 2016
All road leads to kd, fine... But be it as it may, the first shortlist isnt the final and they cant screen across all states at once, there should be a sequential way they can do it, first thing that comes to mind is by states, and that is what i meant by zonal, it might also be done by batches, either way makes more sense
Lekewatt:
all roads leads to kaduna after being shortlisted. No such tin like zonal in d army dssc/ssc
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Nigerian Army SSC And DSSC 2016/2017 Forum by Davexx(m): 10:05am On Jun 16, 2016
Far from the truth
Tbanton:
I hrd d NA are not incharge of dis yr Dssc/Ssc selection, there's a committee set aside for that, just 1 or 2 NA oga's was included in d committee, so wit dat I guess d short list will be released pretty soon, they might still assemble by mid-july as planned.

Here is a snapshot of my conversation with their support team, i asked same question too, bottom line is, you have to print two reference forms, one can be signed by the same person signing the LGA attestation, then look for another referee to sign the second reference form.
Ayooluwa25:
Hello guys, please I need clarification on the referee part; one of the instructions on the
recruitment portal said to be recommended by 2 recognizable referees.
Question:
Does the person who sign the 'reference form' (the form a passport is to be attached to)
together with another person who signs the attestation of local govt. area constitute the
two referees or
Two different 'reference forms' have to be filled in addition to the local govt. attestation
form, all 3 signed by different individuals or
A referee completes a 'reference form', while another referee signs both a reference form
and the local govt. attestation form or
Somehow both are the same, either get 2 reference forms signed or sign two 'attestation
of local govt. area forms'?
Which is it? Can someone kindly shed more light on the part of the 2 recognizable referees in
relation to the local govt attestation form (the one without space for affixation of
passport).
Note: Both the 'reference form' and 'attestation of local govt. area' forms are to be signed
by 'appropriate' officers from the candidate's state of origin.
Thanks in anticipation...

U can obtain FSLC from your local government secreteriat, office of the Eduction Secretary (ES). But note, its at runs level since u didn't do primary 6 so u might need to give them a token
hotkaycee:
Pls the issue of this FSLC can someone who left from primary 5 get it and if yes how since it has been a long time I was only given a testimonial
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Nigerian Army SSC And DSSC 2016/2017 Forum by Davexx(m): 7:27pm On Jun 11, 2016

i dont think so, the first step of the screening is usually automated. their database will automatically eliminate wrong applications. though its worth the trial...just try, anything can happen.

I've applied successfully....but I got to kno d age level...dt by october one sud be 24years....whereas my own 24 will be November...am I safe?

DSSC is for professionals like medicals, lawyers, religious and others and will not be on the frontline of combat, but SSC officers are trained primarily for combat and are mostly deployed to combat zones
Nafizzey:
pls what's the nature of the the job if one joins the army through the SSC or DSSC.. will you be deployed to the battle front? Please I. need details
Thank you!

Well, u might be right, but 'coloured' as a tchnical term, most times refer's to non black and whie, but really, the backgrownd won't really make much noise.unless ur photo isn't clear
DaveONchE:

I might have to disagree with you there, cos if they are asking for a Light coloured background, then they are actually saying white background or faintly coloured white as the case maybe!

A bite be a very small scar, we are talking about big cut scars like ones gotten from accidents, fights, tatoo cleaning, major burns and extreem tribal inscriptions.
homosapien:

I was bitten at a tender age at my back and it left a scar. Does it mean I might not scale through medical?
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Nigerian Army SSC And DSSC 2016/2017 Forum by Davexx(m): 3:37pm On May 27, 2016
You might not haave an issue, so long its no black or white background
TJAhmad:
I uploaded a photo with dark-brown background during registration. Any hope for me?
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Nigerian Army SSC And DSSC 2016/2017 Forum by Davexx(m): 3:34pm On May 27, 2016
The millitary ar not friendly with scars, though it depends on the type, degree and dept of the scar, one can't really say until u face the panel of enlistment
Aareeasy:
pls guys I have some questions that bothers me regarding the medical, will people wit fire accident scars be disqualified and people wit operation scar I have a friend wit fire accident scars on his tigh though it happened five yrs ago but the scars are still there, will he be disqualified?

when is the deadline?
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Nigerian Army SSC And DSSC 2016/2017 Forum by Davexx(m): 10:41am On May 26, 2016
There's a lot u still don't understand about the army, u must enter with ur highest qualification , if u join recruits, u won't be able to present ur degree anymore, and to get leutenant, u will have to do another degree.
TipMe:
But is advisable to continue with the regular recruit or I should just forget about it. because i heard there no way some1 can attain the level leutena
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Nigerian Army SSC And DSSC 2016/2017 Forum by Davexx(m): 7:28am On May 25, 2016
That's the first of its kind, am not sure you applied for ssc, infact I don't think that situation is possible. The process is automated, gives out what you feed in
TipMe:
please ì intend to apply for SSC but on the print out form i have regular recruit on all pages. am so confuse doe I fill all the necessary form that has to do with degree

Techincaly yes, the two concent forms are the same, but I think are for different files when we submit them, NOTE: the forms should be made valid at the court of law, I.e court signature and stamp on spaces provided on them
Lekewatt:
Hello house, my major concern now is d part of d form dt has to do wit parents declaration. Are they going to fill d 2 or just 1?

I think training begins by october or there about, that's after the final list comes out. But before that time you will need your NYSC discharge cert for screenings at zonal level and final selection board. So it all depends on how early you pass out and how slow the screening exercise is.
skykenny:

Hello pals I applied for ssc but I'm still serving(nysc). Pls when are we expected to be called up to kaduna. Thanks.

It makes my evenings.... And sometimes I say to my self (in Chris Rock's voice) 'what in the name of shrek are these niggas talking about'? I mean its NAF and not RAP music where people brag, beef and hate Shout out to everyone.. We hope for the best, cheers!

Pls rephrase your question so we cn understand you
TJAhmad:
Help pls, I saw one 'reference form' in which a signee is expected to affix a passport photograph and comment on applicant's character. Now, apart from the attestation letter from institution attended - is that the attestation they're talking about in the guidelines?
