Culture / These Wicked Ppl Asked A Suitor To Get All These. Photo by Davindal(m): 9:36am On Mar 16, 2017 |
This is as shared by my facebook friend who accompanied a friend to his introduction ceremony somewhere in Imo State. They asked his friend to get along with him all those items on that picture below, just for an introduction ceremony. This is aside the over N450000 he gave them for the purchase of groceries needed for the 'item 7' meal, and drinks. Isn't this sheer wickedness and exploitation by these good for nothing elders? Since this trend has been up for a long while there, why won't there be too many spinsters, or ladies without husbands? Girls do something about this, lest you grow old in your fathers' houses. If these exploiters could request all these, just for an INTRODUCTION(dowry); only God knows what they gonna demand from that guy when he progresses to traditional marriage. That one go be trailer load of yam tubers, tuck load of stock or dry fish, etc. Guys, let's debate this here. Mod abeg, front page needed...thanks.

Although, I was barely 14 @ the end of Obasanjo's 2nd term. I swear, that man Dr Frank Nweke Jnr is the bomb. As little as I was, I became his fan. He has good diction and great dress sense. Nweke Junior is my choice, any day any time. He was so handsome and brilliant. 2 Likes |

The lady in the pictures below is resident in my street with her family. We attend the same church. Her courage is the envy of many other ladies. She recently floated a poultry farm with 200 birds capacity, and even employed 2 locals that work there while she attends school. Ladies, stop lazing around and following men. Y'all should borrow a leaf from this hard-working girl who roasts corn during raining seasons, and does other businesses like, storage of: Ogbono, Egusi(melon), red palm oil, honey, etc. She ain't shy engaging in all the aforementioned for a living. Currently, she sponsors herself through the university from the proceeds that comes from her hustles. If she can do it, you too can. Stop being dependent on men; they will destroy you. Ladies, stop over demanding from you boyfriends, they ain't your ATM. Like I said it earlier, borrow a leaf from this 21yr old 2nd year university undergraduate. She is quite beautiful, but ain't conceited by the ego of her beauty. 2 Likes

Thanks guys, for this resolve to deal ruthlessly with all the evil hearted people who are hell bent on bringing down this wonderful platform(GHW) that has created financial stable youths out of, hitherto no hope situation. Guys, all help must be on deck to tracing and hunting down these idiots and their likes(including the useless mods on this forum: Nairalan.com. We are wiser, and can't take shit from these damn fucking fellows. The new watch words for us now should be: “Hunt Them Down”. These set of people deserve not to leave, for they drive pleasure in seeing their neighbors suffer of financial poverty. 2 Likes |

Good day guys! I'm confused, and I have been facing this confusion for a while now. It stems from fact that I have N300,000 laying dormant in my account for 3 months now, and still counting. The issue is, I wanna invest it but don't know where exactly to make the investment, or a business venture to put the money in. This heck has been giving me headache since. Please guys...advise and guide a Nigerian youth. I don't want to stray out of cause thereby making the mess of the money. Thank you guys in advance for your much anticipated responses and advices, for I believe that this GREAT FORUM will do the magic, because it has many great resourceful minds as members(Nairalanders). Your contributions are welcome. Thank you once again. 1 Like |

I have invested in several businesses both off-line and online(financial investments). Because as a young man, though I'm financially free, I still have to be financially secured, hence the decision to diversify my business(investments). Due to the fact that most of my financial investments have yet to reach their maturities, and most of my off-line businesses are still at fledgling level(stage), Am mostly mindful of my spending; though, I still collect allowances from my academy as a cadet. I'm dating this very girl that I love so much. I have been spending on her(at least, N10000 to N15000 monthly on the average). Just yesterday, she called me in the evening and requested for shopping money for Xmas(yuletide). I asked her to wait till this morning(19th, Dec) which she obliged. As early as 6.30am today(19th, Dec) , she called to demand for money, so she could buy some stuffs in preparation for the impending Xmas. I agreed to send her some money through mobile banking. After a pause, she asked how much I was intending to send. I told her, “N20k.” The mention of the N20k provoked a scream from her; infact, she condemned me for insisting on sending her that amount(N20K). What do I do for I don't want to loose her to other guys? Is N20k too small for ones girlfriend? |

Gurus here...pls help me out. I was matched with someone who was to PH N40k for me on 29th of last month(last Tuesday), but the person failed. Now(today), I have been rematched with another person to PH to me. The issue here is that few weeks ago, my guider mistakenly placed an order to PH help of N50k on my behalf, which has been counting since then, unknown to both of us. Just this morning again, I received a text that I have been matched to PH of the N50k to another person which coincides with the new rematching, whereas I have yet to GH of N40k which has been outstanding. In this case what do I do, if this new person I have been rematched with fails to PH of the N40k to me before 48hrs elapses, for I don't have any spare money to stake again for the N50k help I'm expected to PH to this person? Will the system block me? How do I go about it is such should happen in order to recover my money? |

princeofpeace22:Bros, how long to it take the system to match a person who offered to PH to persons who requested to GH? I learned it is usually 2 weeks, but I want to be cleared on this. Thanks. |

Someone should tell those old cows that it is not their monies that people are using. It is our individual monies. If we loose it, is non of their issues. If they try any #phew, they should be ready for the dire consequences. There are many problems needing answers, they won't address them. It is MMM that is helping jobless youths that they are ganging up against. God punish all of una there. I'm a cadet, but I do MMM as well. Clowns. 2 Likes |

My laughter loading.... If Trump wins, I pity the prophets in Nigeria who were quick to predict Hillary Clinton's win, probably after they had studied the scam mainstream media(CNN, Washington post, etc.) skewed polls. The most embarrassing was how they predicted a day before this election, which is suggestive of the fact that they were all following the skewed polls. Bashing will be their portion if Trump wins. |
