hey broda, u hv got 24months to learn the ropes in Uk, U will be just fine as long as u remain focused on ya goals, it does matta whether they cancel the work permit or not. I did d same thing in 2009, left ma 130k paid job for and MBA. though got the 2yrs work permit but back in nigeria workin and havin lotta fun with ma experiences.
i rlly do think it ll be worth it for u, just remember that challenges builds us.

my problem goes thus; i reapplied for a student visa since mid last month, it was just granted yesterday but the school has already resumed with extention given also lapsed. the school as however refused to grant any resumption extension again. The only option i have now is to defer till jan, 2010 but the clearance entry given states from 30/09/09, do you think i will have any problems travellin in dec as against jan that my deferrment will be confirmed on the new letter that will be issued by the school?

thanks bro, the a/c is in my name. in fact its my salary a/c and i hv been using if for the past 2yrs. when u convert my balance as at the date i submitted depending on the rate it would be about 12,450pounds( i used 263 to a pound.so u see bro am just confuse on hw the ECO could hv done his own conversion. the review i put in is almost 2 weeks now and i hv not heard anything from them. am just confused. should i reapply?

hi evry one, pls i need ur candid advise. i applied 4 a student visa last three weeks but was refuse an entry clearance by the ECO. Reason was the statement of a/c i presented didnt demonstrate that i possess the required level of funds. mean while i had N3250990.00, it was converted to be 1,674pound instead of about 12,400pounds. all my oustandings is 12,100pounds. i hv since put in 4 a review immediately but nt sure hw long it would take. am thinkin of reapplying by 7th sept if i dont hear from them. pls all advise me as am losing my mind on this issue . the school resumes on the 22rd sept.
pls is it possible to ask for a refund of all deposit i hv paid to the school should i lose interest becos of all this visa problems. i hv paid part tuition of 4,000pounds and 1,000pounds for accommodation.

3. i wrote their test last two weeks and passed but in ibadan but it wasnt Gmat, it was just one essay question. the question was all about the answer to the question was the problems of nigeria since independence e.g; corruption, tribalism etc
